All the staff without exception are very friendly, helpful and professional. At busy times and emergencies they deal with everyone calmly and discreetly. We have been using them for 13 years and during that time they have never let us down. if the problem cannot be sorted in the surgery then they recommend where you can go for more help. They are also good at considering alternative treatments if needed. We would like to say thank you - esp to Magda who helped us through my dogs illness.

Our family have used Ashworths for an assortment of animals over the years, sad and happy times. Their respect, treatment and professionalism for animals and owners is always there to be seen but i think it's their genuine concern that makes them special.
