Took my kitten in for his first vaccinations and the lady at the front desk was so warm and friendly and talked about the benefits etc of neutering and answered all my questions very professionally! The vet we saw was very caring and gentle to Jackson, who was a bit put off bless him! On exiting, two dogs were barking in the waiting area when they realised it was a cat in the carrier. Totally natural animal behaviour but Jackson was very scared! The lady took Jackson out of reception so he wasn't as frightened. Bray House have also treated my guinea pig and again, no fault service! Honestly wouldn't go anywhere else!

I just want to say a big thank you to Josh who took great care over giving Monty our cat his yearly vaccination. Monty can be very temperamental but Josh was brilliant with him. Also I asked Josh about citronella for dogs to improve behaviour and barking. He said he would look this up and call me with the information he found. This is just what he did and gave me lots of information. I am very grateful and it is without doubt a great practice with genuine caring and professional staff. Thank you

We had to take our Cat to the Melton practice last night for a check up and flea/worm treatment and general MOT. Very polite friendly nurse on the desk and the vet was brilliant. Would have no hesitation in recommending Bray !

My dog Riley had his teeth checked and cleaned, fantastic job from Bray House. We were pleased with all aspects of his care. He has had a further problem and the vet diagnosed his problem on the first visit and gave the appropriate treatment which has sorted the problem out. She also advised that he may need a "like boy op" in the future if the problem recurs but did not put any pressure on us to have it done immediately. We are very impressed. Thanks gif such excellent care.

We moved to Bray House from another vet we were not satisfied with and have never been happier! The staff are excellent and very accommodating. Twice I have had to go down with last minute 'emergencies' and the staff were fantasic, very calming and welcoming. They also give great advice. I would highly recommend their services!

As you enter you are met with a nice smile and welcoming reception. This is the start of the 'dreaded' visit to the vet. Upon sitting down it is not long before you are greeted by the vet. They seem to balance professional and caring, very well. The vet takes the time to gain the trust of you as well as your pet. Upon gaining your trust, the vet then takes very good care of your pet. Once all is complete you go back to the smiling receptionist, worrying about the second mortgage you may have to take to pay the vet bills. Afterall, service this good will come at a hefty cost. This is when you get your final, positive experience at Bray House....the cost is very reasonable and on par with other vets. Overall you leave feeling very happy and confident in the care your four legged family member has received.
