I would recommend Heathside to any caring owner who wants the very best for their beloved pet(s). The care is second to none, irrespective of the size or type of pet. I myself have been coming here more or less since it opened and have never been disappointed. My luck has not been great with my choice of pets over the years regarding ongoing health issues, which has made it all the more important to have a reliable and thorough practice to care for them.

I have been taking my dogs to Heathside for years and my family have been customers of Heathside since the practice opened. All the staff go above and beyond to help. My dogs are family and their health and wellbeing is everything to me. I will soon be introducing my 3rd dog to Heathside and know that they will welcome her with open arms! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Heathside!

Really lovely people in heathside. Really clean and comfortable. The vet that saw my cat really looked after him as if he was her own. Just a really lovely place. Very informative on different things for cats and dogs, and price was very reasonable. Recommend to anyone.

We have been with Heathside Veterinary Surgery for eight years. During that time our dogs have benefited from their great skill in diagnosis leading to good results, and the nursing care has also been exceptional. We can thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for expert care for their animals.

This practice has one of the best staff I've come across in all the years I've had pets, nothing is to much trouble and they always put your pet first.

Why do I think that Heathside is the best vet in the world??? Because they get me. They understand that my pets are not animals, they are my babies, they understand that I honestly believe I'm understood when I speak to them and don't make me feel stupid when my reactions are a bit over the top at the thought of losing one of them. I have been taking my pets to Heathside for over 16 years. My cat Billy, who incidentally died just under a month ago at the very ripe age of 23, had 2 major surgeries in his life that required him to be in "intensive care" for a few days. The love and dedication of the staff at Heathside was better than some I've seen in proper hospitals. I was given time to be with my boy when I needed it, given time to comfort him and even hold him during difficult moments when I thought he wouldn't pull through. We also have a little 5 year old dog who's been going there since birth. Going to Heathside is like visiting family, they all know my pets' names, they always welcome them with a cuddle, a belly scratch or a snack. Their professionalism is second to none, when you call with a query someone will always call you back within reasonable time, when a pet is in for a procedure they keep you informed all the time, even when I lost my boy Billy last month the first hug that I got, in the midst of my distress, was from a member of their staff. The place is clean, beautiful, well equiped ... I have often said that if they saw people I would be the first one to register with them! I have recommended Heathside to many of my friends and rarely do I feel so confident in making a recommendation. To me they are the best and I am lucky to have them as my pets' friends.

I have been going to Heathside ever since my Labrador was a puppy and she is now 4 and a half years old. The whole of the team from vets to nurses to the reception team are so friendly and always put your mind at ease and are happy to help. I feel very confident that they always have my dog's best interest and health as the focus of their day to day practice and offer great advice and support.

We have taken all our cats to Heathside over a considerable number of years. Before going to Heathside we did go to another veterinary practice but, since attending Heathside, we would not now go anywhere else. Jeremy and all his team are extremely experienced, professional, understanding and friendly. Any conditions and treatments for the 'patient' are fully explained, including the benefits of preventative care, and there is ample appointment time. I would heartily recommend Heathside to any pet owner.

What can I say just possibly the best Vets I've ever been to. I know that my pet is going to have and has had the best care ever - than you. Also its not just about care its also about the well-being of your/my pet (dog)- nothing is too much trouble. The team are warm, friendly, extremely competent and professional - I know we are in safe hands.
