We booked an appointment to have our very old, blind cat put to sleep. After being left waiting for almost 40 minutes in a consulting room, and after several requests to find out what was happening (but no answer given) we were finally seen by someone. They didn't introduce themselves. They barely examined the cat. They didn't listen to what was being told to them. Apparently the cat only has arthritis and can see perfectly well. This apparently explains why she walks normally straight in to objects and then cowers on the floor in fright. We left and would not recommend anyone to visit this practice.

I am very saddened that your experience at my clinic was far from your expectation, and at no point was that our intention. As you can imagine for an animal to be put to sleep we need to be sure that all facts are of client knowledge and agreed upon to prevent any fallout in the future, as there is no reverse drugs for the procedure. What Angelo was trying to ascertain was that the reason for this procedure to take place was consistent with the history that had been drafted. If the cat, as per the vets' clinical and professional opinion, was healthy, but there was something that could be done, to help a specific condition, such as arthritis, it would be a valid point to raise this with you as you are the legitimate owner of your pet. At no point did he intend to make you feel, let alone be judgmental or not carrying out the procedure, if that was your wish, hence he offered to carry out the procedure. This was the first time that you have brought your cat to us and we needed to make sure you were aware of what the reason and cause was for your cat's behaviour. Please feel free to contact me.

I have used these chaps for over a year now, with two cats, a dog and two rats I feel as if I have a range of challenges to offer. The reception staff are lovely, my dog adores them, they are friendly, comforting and very efficient. The nurses are compassionate and thoughtful, when my cat was going through a very standard operation, the nurse could see my distress and promised to call me the moment he lifted his head after the operation just to let me know everything is OK. My other cat is very nervous and the nurse took extra time out of her day to take things slowly for my cats comfort. The vets themselves are perfect, as an owner we all get those moments where we aren't sure if that poorly tummy might be something more serious, or maybe you're not giving it enough time to resolve itself, or you've left it too long. Usually I resolve to take them in just in case, they take time to look at them properly, never just a glance and a judgement of time wasting. Every time they have looked seriously into it and although they may not give any medication in some instances, the advice in this media market soaked industry is invaluable. The balance between dealing with a young bouncy German Shepherd who is excited to be meeting someone new, making him comfortable and ensuring he has a positive experience while keeping him calm enough to examine is no easy feat. All of these dedicated individuals truly care about you and (more importantly) your pet.

Both my cats have been treated at pets are us and i have been more than happy with the care they have received and the reasonable charges made. Both my cats have always been relaxed when visiting and this shows me that they feel safe in the hands of the vets they have seen.

I am Very Pleased with the service i got from the Receptionist when i Walked in and explained the situation and was very please to make an appointment which i can get the cat sorted out.. I have gave this 5 stars and if there was more i would do 10/10 with the service i received from the... EVEN the Prices are affordable will recommend these in the future use
