We have been clients of manor vets for years, we used to see Steve back in the day at Cradley heath and eventually discovered the Halesowen practice. The staff there are some of the best we've ever experienced. We've had a few German shepherds and used a few vets around the area over the years and these are the best we've come across. Luga is currently under the treatment of Claire Denny for an issue with his eyes and he absolutely loves coming to visit her for his regular check ups and is even a very good boy when he needs to have his eyes checked. He has also seen other vets over his 8 years ben, mark and Susan and they are all amazing! They explain things clearly and give you all the treatment options and don't judge you based on what you can and cant afford! Could not recommend them enough to friends and family!!! All staff are lovely, friendly and approachable from reception to nurses.

Manor treated my dog from a puppy up until his death 12 years later. On the day he passed away Manor called me straight into the consultant room, having already go through Eddies notes. Eddie has cancer and the vet that day explained that it was time, and gave me time alone with him. They had always been caring and professional, but that day just underlined the lengths the staff would go through for their clients.

Excellent treatment for all our pets - we have dealt mainly with Mark Barton who is always so caring helpful and knowledgeable. We never hesitate to recommend Manor Vets

I like my vets my boys don't mind going I think the only thing which would make the vets 10out of10 is I wished the boys could have the same vets each time they come so they have a relationship it would be better in the long ran as your pet gets older it want be so up setting each time they go but other than that this is the best vet in birmingham

My kittens have been receiving treatment since November and I am impressed with the care they have received and the determination of vet Sergio in identifying and treating their problems. I would not hesitate in entrusting the care of my animals to this practice.

We've been to Manor a few times with one of our rabbits who had a tooth root abscess having been referred by our usual vets. From start to finish I cannot fault the practice at all. We dealt with vets Stephanie and Robert mostly and the nurses and receptionists are all lovely. The vets are knowledgable and all show a genuine care for your animal. I can't remember the surgeon who operated on the abscess hutbher work was excellent and meant our boy experienced as little pain as possible. We were very lucky as our recovery was textbook and we encountered very few problems if any. The treatment on offer and the aftercare was excellent, costs were detailed beforehand but not set in stone as we were made aware that the aftercare can take much longer than anticipated. Again, we were lucky as it all went to plan. Throughout your aftercare the vets remain committed to ensuring your animal is healthy and that you understand all that is going on. We've had to return once since as we were afraid that another abscess had formed, but luckily it was just a false alarm. On this visit we were not made to feel stupid as it was a bit of an over reaction, and all issues we had we addressed. A top quality practice with such a genuine care for your animal.
