The practice always show so much love and compassion for the pets we have taken there. The staff are always friendly and very helpful and the vets themselves are outstanding. We have recommended your practice to many people because of this.

The staff are extremely friendly and caring. We had had a long three months spending a lot of time at the vets. From our initial emergency appointment to going every 72hrs for a check up to every four days and then every fortnight. Every time we were there we were lucky enough to see the same nurse who knew our case from beginning to end. All of the vets that we saw in Cheshunt were fantastic. The care was fabulous.

We have been using the surgery now for the four years unfortunately our Milly is still undergoing treatments with ongoing Heath problems, Lindsey and his staff have gone above and beyond with Milly's treatments we recommend Medivet to all our friends and family

I have been using Medivet for a number of years now and would never take Millie anywhere else. Millie has needed major surgery on both legs (at different times) and also at various other times. Lindsey has always been very kind to me as have all of his team. They have reassured me and taken the time to discuss her progress in layman terms. Lindsey makes you feel as you and your dog are the only ones in the surgery. He and the team are extremely professional but at the same time very kind and friendly. What's more important to me is Millie isn't scared of going into the vets. I dreaded taking her to the original vets surgery as she was always terrified of going but here no problems at all. She, like me have always been at ease whilst in the surgery. Medivet Cheshunt are brilliant. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Lindsey - please never leave.

Our Milly is a beautiful 10 year old spring spaniel who has had several health issues since the age of two. Since moving to Cheshunt in 2012, Milly has been under the care of Lyndsey. We are very grateful for his expertise and total care alongside with love and professionalism to our dog. Unfortunately, she began to suffer with her walking again. Lyndsey was brilliant in his diagnosis and treatment; always thinking in the best interests of our dog. Milly was admitted into hospital where I was given regular updates by Lyndsey and the very friendly team. I found that they all went above and beyond to deliver the best care and service. We are so grateful for the love and care Lyndsey and the Medivet team gave to our Milly, we highly recommend your practice to our friends and family.

We have been clents of the Medivet Cheshunt Animal Clinic since moving to Turnford in 2008 - We cannot praise highly enough Lyndsey and his staff for the excellent service we have received throughout this period. When it comes to our pets we demand and expect the highest standards of care and Lyndsey and his team have excelled in this respect. 2015 saw both our German Shepherd sisters - Trixxie and Daisy - needing treatment. Early in the year we had the horror of discovering a lump on Trixxie. Very much fearing cancer we cannot fault the treatnent Trixxie received. Lyndsey started off with a non-intrusive biopsy and gave a non pressurised opinion when this came back inconclusive. We opted for surgery to remove the lump and was relieved when the results were benign. Trixxie managed to pull out some of her stitches and get an infection as a result. For 2 weeks we visited the vets almost daily as they made sure the infection was controlled - What excellent support Lyndsey and his team gave us, thank you. Very soon after her lump wound healing, Trixxie broke a claw on one of her back paws. This required surgery and a lot of after care to change the splint on a regular basis. The care she received was impeccable. in September, Trixxie's sister, Daisy, started to drag her rear leg. Lyndsey was briliant in his treatment and diagnosis, always thinking of the best interests of Daisy and never pushing for needless treatment. The final diagnosis was the worst possible we could have received - Her illness was incurable, would get progressively worse and, ultimately, be terminal within 12 months. Daisy's illness was particularly cruel and claimed her life at the beginning of Jan. The treatment she received from the vets was second to none, I only hope the NHS is as good to me when my time comes. Daisy took a sudden downturn in her health and the vets were brilliant. They made time to see her at short notice and came to our house withhin 1 hour of being asked to put Daisy to sleep. Thank Lyndsey and all your staff for all that have done over the last 8 years.

My wife and I have two cats, Copper aged 14 years and Mr. Grey aged 4 yrs and have been registered with Cheshunt Animal Clinic for a few years. Recently Copper developed a thyroid problem and had to undergo surgery for this problem. Prior to the surgery taking place we had met with Lindsay and discussed our options and he went to great lengths to explain to us the best form of treatment in simple laymans terms which we could easily understand. Copper is still receiving aftercare treatment and never a visit goes by without Lindsay keeping us well informed on his progress. But even on routine visits nothing is ever too much trouble for both Lindsay and all his staff , but a particular mention to both Julie and Jenny who have both gone the extra mile to help us with both our cats, to such an extent that we really enjoy our visits for whatever the reason. Thank you all so much.
