All staff are friendly and very professional, I know my cat will be well looked after and not just medically as she is really friendly and will be cuddled and petted as well. Excellent vets, been with Richmond for a very long time and would highly recommend to all.

The Veterinary Surgeons (Yorram & Maria) and reception staff are always so kind, helpful and feel for you and your pet. They do really care and understand the pain of your pet in case of emergency accident (my dog broke a leg a year ago at 23.00 and I did not know what to do until I called Medivet Richmond and some sorry voice guided me (that's was Polish Vet) and helped me to go through the unexpected scenario. I never dealt with pet's accident so found this very professional and helpful. The advantage of this clinic are people ( speaks few languages; Spanish,Polish) and their attitude, the location (next to the bus stop, parking space) and it's 24h availability and flexibility in case of emergency. I trust they provide the best care to my dog and can relay on them. The are always available to you and your pet, punctual and happy to answer all questions. After pet's surgery, they always communicate the stage and progress of surgery, making sure the procedure is clear to you before you take any decison on surgery/treatment. Last year, even we have revived the Xmas card which I found a nice touch. Thank you Medivet Team for your care!

Recently I took my puppy for an emergency care to this vet. They're really good and I'm happy my puppy is back to normal now. They understand our situation and do treatment according to our affordability. Thank you so much.

We have 2 Weimaraners and over the many years, we have had to use the emergency service several times. Clearly, an emergency vet is never going to cheap and some of our bills have been eye watering - thank heavens for insurance. The standard of care, quality of service from vets and nurses and outstanding facilities are impressive. Definitely our 'go to' place.

The vets are kind and caring with my pet, and friendly and informative with me. They aren't pushy or money grabbing, and despite my friends who go elsewhere telling me that the practice is expensive, the Pet Care Plan seems to be really good value as far as I'm concerned. The premises are a bit tatty, but the parking outside is a great benefit and there's never any problem making an appointment which is convenient for me.

I have always found Medivet excellent. The vets and nurses are always knowledgeable, and very kind and gentle with my cat. Nothing is too much trouble. It is so reassuring to know that there is always someone to look after her. The front of house staff are very efficient and friendly. The lovely mural of the practice premises always makes me smile! Thank you

We needed advice late on a Monday when we realised our new puppy had eaten something toxic. The vet and nurse on 24hr call were marvellous and gave us just the right level of intervention so we were reassured and our puppy was full of beans in the morning.
