I found the staff and the vet very friendly and helpful who had smiles on their faces all the while we were there

Our greyhound vegas whilst running around tore his dew claw. We managed to bandage it ourselves which helped to stop the bleeding a bit but we needed advice on what else to do. We phoned the surgery at trent Vale and they told us to take him in straight away so they could take a look at it. On arrival he was taken through and looked at. The area was numbed and the claw removed. Just a couple of stitches and a bandage and it was all done. We cannot fault the care and attention given to vegas and we will definitely be using this practice again. It was also his first visit to a vets since we adopted him after he finished racing. Thankyou to the staff at mediates trent Vale for looking after him.

Have no issues whith medivet as bean very good whith us and are very friendly. Thay have bean brill whith are dog tiny. My only problem is very time we go there is a different vet so that means us telling them very think agian

I visited the practice last week with my cat Ginger who had a mouth abcess. Ann the vet dealt with his care handling him gently and talking to him and even though he was in pain he seemed to like her! She explained everything fully and gave me a detailed estimate of the cost. I found all the staff to be friendly taking time to chat and I witnessed them dealing with other customers in the same lovely way especially a lady who was a bit embarrassed about her dog lifting his leg! I found the aftercare to be excellent and I can't really fault any aspect of care. Thank you all for looking after Ginger so well.

Reception staff friendly and helpful, but have had 2 instances of bad practice by the same vet - Kras Sotirov ! 1 - forgot to sign off 7 x vaccination cards, costing us money to have them returned to us to be authorised. and tonight have been told our pup is ill due to change of food - walked out and gone to a reliable vet who I trust to find out she needed emergency surgery!!! she could of died in my arms - NOT HAPPY and will NEVER recommend ever again!

After yet ANOTHER worrying time with Moses he's responding to treatment after many tests. The care & attention you give to BOTH of us is so wonderful...words can't describe! Whenever I ring the surgery(which believe me can be any time of the day) I know there's always someone to give advise or just give reassurance. People love their pets & want the best for them....MEDIVET staff at Stoke....TOP CLASS. THANK YOU AGAIN

My dog Moses has yet again through a poorly spell & AGAIN Nelu. Philip & their wonderful band of Angels.have got us both through the ordeal.I honestly can't find words to describe the help, support & strength all the staff give at Stoke. Moses means so much to me as the staff all know & I only want THE BEST for him...that's why I totally trust & value everything they do for us..& Bailey. How poorly Moses has been this past few days....you have all been there for us...he's now responding to treatment & more like his old self..A grumpy old man!!!!
