Wonderful staff team: friendliness and professionalism is first rate! It's great to have a vet's practice in the Great Denham area - so convenient not to have to drive into Bedford. I took two abandoned kittens into the practice and they were looked after at home until we found the mother cat and she took them back. Real dedication and kindness!

I can't recommend them enough! Was stuck in a very awkward situation with a cat I rescued a couple of weeks prior to my visit to this vets. Absolutely no other vet in Bedford nor the rspca, pet protection, blue cross where interested in helping my cat. Thankfully my last shot was medivet who booked me in within half an hour and helped to accommidate my situation and help my cat. Genuine care and concern for animals. I can't believe so many turned me away. I will never take my pets anywhere else for this reason alone. Amazing work guys, thank you.

Today I bought in Murphy my bichon. A little ball of fun but really nervous at being groomed! Murphys nails were pretty in need of a trim! The vet and nurse were fantastic with both him and me. Friendly and very reassuring. We will definitely be using medivet in the future, cannot thank you enough. From a very happy Becky and more importantly Murphy!!!

I have had to visit the practice at Great Denham on several occasions with my dog who is from a rescue centre. Since my first visit the receptionists and Daniel have made a huge fuss of my dog and he was given a thorough initial examination. The expert advice and service from Daniel has lead to a significant reduction of my dog's condition and although treatment is ongoing the friendliness of everyone makes the visits much easier.

Even though both times I visited I considered an emergency, I wasn't fobbed off like I was at previous vets surgery, the staff were all really kind and didn't treat me like I was an overanxious puppy parent. I am so glad my old vets forced my hand and we made the move to this surgery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.....

Visited yesterday (12/09/16) for a follow up consultation for my dog. This was my first visit - my partner has dealt with things up to now. To be fair, I understand the regular vet (Daniel) was on holiday so I was on holiday so I was dealt with by the locum (I presume). Both the receptionist and the vet were friendly enough but the vet himself seemed to have no idea and to be honest I really struggled to understand what he was saying (the language barrier was a real issue). £40 lighter and my dog was prescribed some steroids I'm not sure he needs and some flea treatment that doesn't treat fleas - as I said the language barrier was a real issue. I left feeling I need to see a proper vet as I had no faith at all in the guy I'd just met. My partner really rates Daniel but on my experience I will not be allowing my pet to go there again and would most definitely not recommend the place.
