I was very impressed with their professionalism shown from booking an appointment to seeing the vet. I had to make urgent contact on a Sunday so doubly impressed they were so helpful and solved my problem speedily.

Sadly I recently had to have our cat put to sleep due to ill health the vet who carried out the procedure did so with such kindness and compassion, he explained exactly what would happen and asked if I wanted to stay with her, which I did. He took her away to be cannulated and a nurse brought her back wrapped in a little blanket, he then let me stroke her until I was ready for him to administer the anaesthetic. It was over very quickly. To my surprise he gave her a kiss which made me feel as though he really cared , that made the sadness a little more bearable and I am very grateful. Today I received a card from the practice signed individuality by the staff which I and my family feel was a very kind thing to do and made us feel that our cat was special, which of course to us she was! Thankyou

We brought Lulu in for her to get spayed on the Tuesday 16th and the whole experience has been smooth and efficient. You can really see that all the staff love animals and it was reflected in the care of my dog. Very happy with the service and will always use this vet! Just want to say thank you for the excellent care and service!

I need to say that my 16 years old dog died in peace at Companion Care Redhill. All the staff were amazing specially Dr. Margarida Cid and Receptionist Sarah Butler. They were so Human and the end of my Nala was peaceful, full of understanding, care, compassion and sympathy. These are real and amazing professionals. Can't praise them enough.

Our dog had an accident over a year ago which resulted in him needing a couple of surgeries. Even though he had a very unpleasant time at the surgery he is always happy to see James & the other staff (until he goes into a consulting room!)which says a lot about their care for him. Would happily recommend, they obviously really care about the animals they look after.

Our dog, Toby, was diagnosed with Canine Lymphoma at the age of 4 years old mid September 21014. James, Sophia and the whole team could not have been more understanding to our family. Toby was a much loved dog, and the news of him being so ill at such a young age devastated us all. Between James and Sophia, they offered the best advice, took good care of Toby and guided us all the way. Toby became very unwell in his last 2 weeks of life despite starting Chemo. Nothing was too much trouble for them, arranging emergency appointments. When Toby passed away on the 15th October 2014 at home, quite suddenly, James was on hand to help us through the loss. He came out to the house when Toby had passed to collect our beloved pet. It wasn't just a rush in, collect and go. James sat with us all, and although shocked that Toby had passed to suddenly, he was prepared to sit, chat, and reassure us. My cat is registered with James and I feel like I am always in safe hands. He's understanding, and gives you all the facts, and is quite clearly an animal lover himself. Bottom line is, if you're looking for a veterinary surgery that cares as much about your pet as you do, then you cannot go wrong with James and the team at Companion Care Vets in Redhill.

I've always been happy with the care which my animals have received, at Companion Care Vets (3 cats, 1 dog, 2 rabbits, and 2 guinea pigs). The Vets and staff are always friendly and helpful.

We were sceptical using a surgery attached to a shop but we were very wrong to be! The care our cats have received here has been outstanding, the staff are very friendly & helpful & pricing is very clear. The staff seem to be there for the sake of the animals they care for rather than how much they can make from the animals, which has sadly been my experience with different practices. Would not hesitate to recommend.
