A somewhat belated thank you to the staff at Strathmore for taking care of Tinkerbelle. Unfortunately Jack and Faith were unable to stabilise her diabetes despite great care and effort taken on their part. Thank you both for your obvious care and compassion that made Tinker's passing quiet, moving and respectful. Thanks also to Jack who thoughtfully took time out to write a condolence card, signed by Francesca, which was a kind and thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.

The treatment we recieved last Monday Bank Holiday was second tn none. Jack tried his very best to stabilise Tinkerbelle's diabetes but considering her age we regretfully came to the conclusion it was kinder to let her go peacefully. Jack's kindness and professionalism was appreciated. Also thank you to Jack and Francesca for the card they sent us with their commiserations

We have come to the Strathmore Veterinary Clinic with our cat, Jessie this year. We have received excellent service on every visit. Thank you to Consuelo and Francesca, the vets we have seen, as well as the vet. nurses and ladies on reception. We would thoroughly recommend this Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for professional, kind and attentive service for their pets.

We have always been more than satisfied with the service from the vets and nurses at Strathmore. However, recently we felt that they excelled themselves. Our cat, Merlin, unfortunately got a large shard of grass stuck in his airway. He had to be operated on to remove it but then developed two different infections. We were extremely concerned as we have a family member who is immuno-suppressed and were concerned that the infections could be passed on to her. Firstly Jack and later Francesca were so helpful and went to the trouble of finding out if this was possible. Both were in touch regularly by phone to reassure us and to check on Merlin’s welfare. We felt that they went the extra mile and we were very impressed with their caring approach.

The Strathmore team has been looking after my 9 year old Chocolate Labrador, Hoover since we arrived in the UK from Australia in 2012. In addition to offering top quality facilities, the veterinary staff have supported her through ongoing treatment for arthritis and have always provided well-informed options for her care and maintenance, combined with an unquestionable dedication to achieving the best outcomes for the animals in their care. More recently, when circumstances dictated that Hoover was to return to Australia with me, the Strathmore team were outstanding in their support, in preparation. This ranged from administering the necessary medications / treatments / tests, to providing all the necessary documentation required to meet with Australian import regulations, and even to facilitating contact with a veterinary clinic in Italy, to enable the administration of mandatory treatments while we enjoyed the benefits of Hoover's EU Pet Passport (also obtained with Strathmore's expert assistance) on a European trip in the weeks leading up to departure. They have gone out of their way to accommodate the many requirements associated with Hoover's export process and I am pleased to say that Hoover has arrived back in Australia safe and well with everything in perfect order. I would happily recommend the fantastic team at the Strathmore Veterinary Clinic to anyone seeking an exemplary, highly professional standard of care for their pets - Outstanding!

The staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. My dog Jimmy was well looked after, given excellent treatment with the records from his previous surgery being accessed promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

We visited Strathmore with our two darling bunnies for their vaccinations. Both were very nervous and a bit jumpy, as they also needed nail clips. The vet we saw, Jack, was so loving, gentle and kind in his manner towards them, the likes of which I had never seen before. He put our buns at ease and us as well, getting down to their level on the floor, so as to keep their stress to a minimal...I was so impressed. So also with the nurse who came to do their nails, she was so kind and gentle. Loving our little ones is easy, but to see vets and nurses loving them too was amazing. Thank you xx

We have used Strathmores for over 7 years now. They are always so wonderfully kind and understanding. They will come out to the car, in all weather's, to see my dog. Despite being a Great Dane and looking big and brave, she is a terrible coward when it comes to visiting the vet. They have seen me distraught and supplied tissues and kindness. They have saved my dogs life through prompt emergency surgery, for which i can never find enough words to say thank you.
