What saviours! We found ourselves with a problem concerning our elderly cat on a Saturday afternoon. The practice couldn't have been more helpful. Potential crisis allayed. Thank you!

The people that work here are so kind and friendly (even after I was 15 mins late to my appointment!). The veterinary doctor was very attentive, helpful and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my cat. I liked how he handled my kitty in a gentle and nice way. Thank you!

After a couple of days, Jakey was not his normal springer like self. Vets4Pets got me an appointment that day and reassured me that if I felt Jakey needed to be seen sooner then to take him straight down. As we got into the Reception instantly the nurses made a fuss of him. It was only a very short wait before Nick the vet called us in. He compassion for animals shone straight through and he was fussing and calling Jake buddy and doing everything to gain the trust. The examination proved that Jakey he needed an operation and Nick booked him in for 0800 the next day. Again after paying the bill the nurses were all compassionate and not only fussed Jakey, they comforted me as I was in a bit of an emotional state. Next morning the nurse made me feel comforted again as my baby was going to be admitted and going under anaesthetic. The only thing I would say is that as a worried mum of Jakey the day dragged and I tried not to worry but found myself ringing twice. On collecting Jakey after the operation, Nick again went through all the treatment in detail, again as a worried mum of Jakey he reassured that all the tests proved to not be a worry. As we were leaving again Nick showed his passion for the animals and gave Jakey a big hug and said see you Buddy! That is what I want from my vets

my dog Jack had a problem with both his eyes when I contacted the practice they made me an appointment for that day. I saw Joanna Dudek who was very thorough in her examination of Jack and carried out some tests. she then explained the course of treatment she recommended which consisted of an antibiotic injection and 2 lots of drops and some ointment, and wanted to see Jack the next day. Jacks eyes have improved but he is still having ongoing treatment. Joanna has been extremely professional, competent, caring and has explained very carefully the treatment regime. I am very satisfied and happy with the treatment, also with the competent professional and friendly staff at the practice and will definitely trust and use them again

We have been using Vets4Pets in Ashley Road since very soon after they opened. Since then, they have treated four of our cats. Sadly two of them reached the end of their life and everyone in the practice has been very understanding and sympathetic to us in our sadness. Just recently we took a cat to them to have him checked for a micro chip. On checking him further he was found to have a herniated diaphragm so his liver and small intestines were in chest cavity. They operated on him and we're very caring towards him. He is now healed and happy. It is obvious that all the staff love the animals that are brought in for treatment. We have recommended them to our neighbours and they take their cat there too. I happily recommend them to anyone. They are excellent.

We travelled from hartlepool to Bournemouth to visit family and of course we took Bailey our Labrador unfortunately Bailey started getting sick and was in a awful state we headed straight to vets for pets on arrival we where greeted with a smile of the wonderful girls on reception and booked pretty much straight in as there could see the condition of poor Bailey and we where put at ease . Joanna the vet checked Bailey over and had to be admitted . After 3 days of daily stays and constant care to Bailey we have finally got our boy home we are so pleased with care the comfort and the dedication the poole vets for pets team and effort to get Bailey fit for the long trip home. It will take Bailey a bit of time till Bailey has fully recovered however I can say that Joanna and her team put Bailey on the right track for a full recovery thanks guys

Very friendly and helpful staff. Opening hours include Saturdays and Sundays which is brilliant if you need a weekend appointment as you can avoid the high cost outside of hours appointments if you have an emergency at the weekend. Vets excellent, they have saved my two rabbits on different occasions.
