Phone up to book my dog in for his second annual injection and was told it was to late and can't have injection as it has been over 4 weeks I was only 1day over the 4 weeks Do not use this service. I Have seen a better vet .

Dog was really poorly sickness and pooing pure blood, didn't have meds in stock to help her, then diagnosed her wrong, told this when I went to sister branch following morning as meds given were for a dog a THIRD of her weight..She is 28kg and meds I were given were for a 10kg dog... so £85 on first visit paid, for wrong meds and meds that wouldn't work anyway... plus med she needed not available. 2nd visit was a further £70 ontop for correct meds, costing me over £150 in total when it could of been £80 if correctly medicated in first place... will NEVER be going back there again with any of my dogs.... I will be writing a full letter of complaint.

Might be a bit early for a review but I have always found this practice good but today took Millie into be done and was not happy how vet spoke to us not what it was about but how he spoke to us but when you go a bit worried about your fur babies it's the last thing you need just come out of vet's a bit annoyed not had this vet before always found the others fine

So sorry your experience this time was not to our normal high standard. Thank you very much for giving us this feedback, I will discuss this with the staff involved. We are always trying to give our clients and their pets the best care possible, but we have had some new staff members recently and this may be why our care, this time, was not as acceptable. I brought my dog in for annual jabs,asked if he needed nails cutting, another person came in the room cut 2 dew claws(no mention if there was a cost or how much it might be)I then paid looked at my receipt and noticed I had paid £12.00 for 2 claws(most expensive nail cutting ever!!!) Staff need to be upfront with the costs of things so the client can make an informed choice.

I recently had to have my 14 yr cat, Kitty put to sleep due to her illness, she had taken a turn for the worse overnight and they saw her straight away next morning,sadly she was too ill to be treated and i was assured in the kindest way that euthenisation was the best option, i was given time on my own with her to say goodbye as long as i needed. she was treated with care until the end and it was peaceful and she wasnt stressed,the only thing i found a bit off was the fact i was beside myself with grief yet i was given the bill beforehand and options for burial/ cremation services a decision i found difficult to deal with so soon.

This vets used to be a lovely vets with a lot of permanent staff I've noticed that the last year or so so many new staff are there who don't seem to have the patience or dignity anymore it's s shame I've now found alternative vet care which prices are much more affordable
