\n Always been happy with the service until recently, for the last 3 days i've been in contact with blacks after my dog swallowed a squeaker, very professional over the phone but i'm disappointed to say when we had to rush her into out of hours, they refused me and my partner entry, i explained that he was epileptic so couldn't be left on his own; they still refused entry, this is discrimination against someone with a disability and unless i get a satisfactory reason why, is something i will be taking further. I was also told Daisy needed to come back the next day to be checked over and that i would need to pay for this, i've never ever had to pay for the follow up appointment not once since i've been there i said well i've never had to pay for this before as it's you who wants to see her; the vet was rude and blunt with her reply. i'll never use blacks vets again; i'm so disappointed with the service i have received, the practice needs to take a better look at the service they are providing, especially after telling my nans puppy she was fine, ticking her heart was fine on insurance papers, and then next visit my nans dog has a stage 4 heart murmur. really disappointed and i won't reccomend.. everyone warned me to stay away, i should of listened. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n
