Can’t thank Julie and the team at hilltop vets enough for the care they gave my cat archie over the past 3 years. They went above and beyond to make sure he was cared for and was comfortable when he was ill.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Julie & her fabulous team. Henry loves his vists to see the team, they always make a huge fuss over him. He goes in with a waggle so excited to see everyone even at this difficult time & comes out smiling. This just goes to show how relaxing the centre is. Thanks to you all for continuing to provide a 5 star service

We visited the surgery on Monday 2nd December for our dog Luigi to have a small procedure done, from the moment we got there they were so kind and caring. They treated our dog like he was their own. They have always been honest with us. Absolutely fantastic vets we could not recommend them enough. We would never take our dog anywhere else. Complete trust in all the staff.

Fabulous team, the care they gave our dog is worth more than five stars, even after the surgery we knew we could contact them any time for advice. You are all amazing.

The team at Hilltop is absolutely extraordinary: they are thorough, thoughtful, kind, and patient. We brought our Westie, Nigel, to them for acupuncture, after multiple other vets told us that his leg issues were related to arthritis in his hip. Julie treated him with acupuncture but also took the time to examine him thoroughly during each visit, consider his history, listen to our reports, etc. After we did not see improvement, she recommended x-rays and a consultation with Hannes, their orthopedic specialists, which led to the discovery that we were actually dealing with a ruptured cruciate. He was absolutely incredible with both us and our Westie, answering every question that we had, and the surgery has been a success. Four months later, we have a Westie who is back to exploring the fields and chasing bunnies. While we're grateful for this fact, we're equally grateful for treatment that we received throughout his surgery and recovery. Every single member of the Hilltop team went above and beyond, whether it was their kindness while we were waiting to go in for stressful visits, their patience with emailed questions about his recovery, or their true care for both Nigel and us. They made a challenging situation immeasurably easier with their empathy and helpfulness; they are not only good vets, but also kind, caring people! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Absolutely fantastic veterinary practice. The staff are all amazing and are so kind and caring towards their furry patients and their owners. You could not wish for a better practice. Sadly we lost our very poorly precious dog who was almost 13 years very recently. The care and support given during her illness and at the end was absolutely superb and I will always be so grateful for this. They went above and beyond.
