I have used station road vet practice for 40 years and wondered how things would be when Brian Marlow retired . I need not have worried the whole team are superb. Jenny Keen is simply the best vet I have ever had. her professionalism is only surpassed by her expertise and caring manner. how lucky her clients animals are to have them caring for them . Her support team are also second to none . Claire another brilliant vet and Linda and Jo always there with knowledgeable advice and support. Linda has been there with me at 3 painful goodbyes. When your anxious and worried your first point of contact is "the front of house staff" and again exceptional service from Alison, Sue and Helen only yesterday my McNabs was in great distress and I rang Helen .In less than 30 minutes he was at the practice, seen by Jenny examined and treated. Exceptional service !!

Staff most friendly and helpful. Vets themselves knowledgeable and willing to explain anything. Show clear love of animals.

This is my second GSD that Bath Veteniary have taken care of, when my first one was very old and dying the respect for my boy and for my family, was unexplainable they gave him his dignity and showed great respect to me and my family, especially for my two children. Now we have got a big lad who has had lots of problems in his start of life with us, from 8weeks old they have been fantastic , Claire and Jenny the Vets have great respect for my lad and for me and my family, Sue the receptionist I have now known for the best part of 23 yrs, she'great, always get you in for an appointment, Linda great at sorting out weight and dieters needs, Jolene a very gentle soul who took great care when my lad had his surgery and not forgetting Alison who my lad adores and she shows him so much affection, and of course Linda who takes walks with me and her boy , shows dedication and spoils my lad. On the whole you can't get better, Dedicated, Loyal, Friendly, and Caring. THE BEST TEAM EVER .

The Station Road Veterinary Clinic is genuinely caring, proactive, and extremely professional, and I've been meaning to write this commendation for ages. Dr Keen had been highly recommended to me and in turn I can highly recommend their practice to others. A lovely approachable practice.

Everyone on the team is amazing. We have been with them for years and have never thought of changing vets, and never will. They treat you like family, and always have time to listen to your concerns. I cannot praise them highly enough, they treat our animals like royalty when ever they have to go in for anything for the day (e.g. dental. What more is left to say except: Station Road is, quite frankly, simply the best!
