This is a brilliant vets practice. Neil has always given my dog the best of care and I can't fault them in terms of clinical practice and overall care. It would be 5 stars all round but unfortunately, one of the newer receptionists really let's this practice down. Having spoken to her on the phone, I found her to be abrupt and really unprofessional e.g., shouting and then putting the phone down mid sentence. Meeting her in person was just as bad, she was argumentaitve and appeared to have very little skill in customer care.
