I really thought that we would lose our kitten when he was taken poorly, the care he received was first class and he's now bouncing around. The whole team are amazing and do an excellent job

We have been using Bell Brown and Bentley for many years, remember going as a child with my mum. I would never go anywhere else. They're always welcoming, even when I've just called for abit of advice. The Vets themselves always explain everything and give you all the options so you can make an informed decision. Also love the candle they have on the front desk, for people who are having to say the final goodbyes to their pet. I'm almost crying when I see it lit though

Barley had a ruff (sic) weekend. 3 days of diarrhoea. The vet he saw was kind and reassuring. We came away with all the medicines to make him better and after a walk on Western Park (keeping clear of other dogs) and the first medicines taken he is now sleeping peacefully for the first time since Friday. Grateful thanks Barley

David Bentley treated my welsh terrier Eddy.unfortunatley the diagnosis wasn't great and my poor old boy was struck down with a terrible terminal disease. However David made us feel informed and cared for. For a vet to talk on the phone about your dogs condition for nearly an hour was amazing. The whole team cared right up to the fateful day. They even sent a handwritten sympathy card. If you are looking for a veterinary practice that cares about you and your pet you will not be disappointed. I will never use anyone else

Consulted David Bentley (veterinary dermatologist) for a second opinion as my 5year old Cocker Spaniel had a recurrent infection in 2 paws. My previous vet had been treating it for 6 months with antibiotics and I had seen no improvement. He refused to do any investigation saying antibiotics were the only way to go. David quickly diagnosed a bacterial infection which is resilient to most antibiotics and antiseptics! In 10 days he diagnosed, treated and cured the infection. He spent over 2 hours with us on our first visit and I had complete faith in him. He answered all my questions factually and honestly and I ensured I was happy with treatment I had to continue at home. All staff were polite, cheerful and welcoming (making me a coffee during my lengthy first visit). David Bentley was obviously a very knowledgeable specialist in his field. I was so,impressed I am having all future veterinary needs taken care of here!

My Indian ringneck was unwell and I rang the surgery to book an appointment. The staff were very helpful and did their best to ensure my bird could be seen as soon as possible. They were very friendly and the vet did everything he could in order to help him, giving me very good advice on diet and future care. Prices are very reasonable and I got the best for what I paid. I would definitely recommend this vets to any pet owner looking for their pets to be cared for by the best. Definitely the best vet I've been to
