I've been with this surgery for over 50 years and the experience I had yesterday was second to none. My 16 year old poodle Billy had to be put to sleep yesterday and a home visit was arranged. David and his assistant were so calm, quiet, caring and professional Billy didn't move his head from my lap, he gently closed his eyes and was gone. Thank you to everyone at Bentley, Brown and Bell - a first class service. E.charambura

Best veterinarian practice we have EVER had cause to utilise. Excellent service during the passing of our last poodle and excellence in all aspects displayed once again with our latest addition.

We have kept dogs & other pets for over forty years and have never had a reason to go to another practice in all that time, if it be with a new puppy or for euthanasia the attention we have received as been prompt and to the point, we have always found Colin and David to be very kind and considerate to our animals and ourselves whatever the situation also not forgetting Jo who we consider to be very good at her sometimes difficult job

My cat swallowed some ibuprofen which cold have been fatal. The vet at Wigston stayed back after closing to see her. After medication and iv fluids over the weekend at London Road and the PDSA hospital her blood tests are normal and I can enjoy Christmas. Can't thank them all enough. They are all so caring.

We first came to see Mr Brown in 1986 when we moved to Fleckney. Have been coming ever since with a wide variety of animals over the years including guinea pigs, rabbits, gerbils, cats, and dogs. We trust him completely and when a new pet arrives, for whatever reason, a trip to the surgery is the first thing we do to get an honest and thorough check up for that particular animal. David Winspur sent us a card when our dog had to be put to sleep - a lovely gesture which was very much appreciated. Both vets at this surgery are brilliant and, as I have said above, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Jo, the receptionist is like a good friend and can also give very good advice and tips for dealing with our new puppy. Have recommended them to sooooo many people!

We've been taking our pets to the Wigston branch for 25 years. They've helped us through the best times of getting a new pet, and the worst when we've had to say goodbye to one of them. I can't praise their friendliness, professionalism and compassion highly enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have just lost our lovely belgian shepherd Fizz and we are devastated. The help and care over the last 18 months since he got cancer has been invaluable. Sadly the cancer took over and he is now asleep but we wanted to say thank you for everything. Vanessa Derek Michelle and Kieran.

Jasper had his yearly check up and jab. The vet was very thorough and gave advice on what I asked of him. I needed extra medical items which he provided whilst I was there. It was a quick appointment and didn't have to wait to be seen. A couple of things were done on him that had never been done before and I applaud the efficiency of these actions. He is very overweight and was put right on how to manage it better and now I am putting the plan into action as it hasn't worked properly in the past. This is down to the vet giving me good advice on what I was doing wrong. I shall miss using this practice as we are moving out of Leicester and can't fault the staff at all. Thank you for all the care on our last 2 cats over about 24 years of visiting.
