Excellent practice, the staff are so kind and Audra was so lovely when we recently had to have our cat (Bella) put to sleep.

The best VET around. I have been there over the years with several hamsters, 2 dogs, some rabbits and recently 2 rats. They always know what they are talking about. If one of them doesn't, they will consult with one who does. I have had nothing but amazing experience with them. Recently we went there with 2 rats with respiratory disease. We had initially gone to the Pets at Home vet as they were purchased there and we had a voucher for the vet. Major disaster, nearly killed them. So we went to BVVC and the lady was so helpful. Explained everything and our rats are just fine again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The lovely nurses and staff at Gordon House genuinely care and put the interest of animals first. A special thanks to Vladimir and the other veterinary surgeons who have looked after our 3 cats for many years, we have no hesitation in recommending this su

Having had a very bad experience with my previous vet I decided to change after a recommendation for black water valley vets. I have never been disappointed, all my animals have been very well cared for and I have been given sound advice. I have 2 cats and 3 dogs. My 3 dogs range in size, breed and age with a very elderly bitch who has received the best care and attention from this practice. When we were very concerned about her one of the vets without hesitation came to the house to see her. This was very much appreciated as it meant we didn't have to put her through the stress of a car journey etc. Nothing is ever too much trouble being seen at short notice and our worries being alleviated. We have always found all the staff professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I can't praise them enough and would definitely highly recommend this family vet practice. Thank you for all you do for us.

Our two cats (brother and sister) were treated at Gordon House for many years. The female died in March after a long illness and the male died yesterday aged 19. The care and treatment shown by all the staff over the years has been first class with a particular mention for Vladimir. Thank you from our family to the vets and the lovely nurses.

My wife and I have used BWV Vets in Frimley Green for the last 10 years for both our cats and our two dogs. Our Dalmatian woke this morning with blood in her ear and being a Sunday, we were given an appointment at the Gordon Road office. Absolutely delighted to see the same staff (who rotate between the two offices) with access to our dogs records. The receptionist was friendly and made a fuss of our dally. The appointment was on time and the vet was professional, kind and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptionally good care for their animals

Our kitten was involved in an rtc a few weeks ago. The vet saw her straight away and began treatment. Everything was explained to us at this very stressful time in a manor that allowed us to take in all the information we needed to know and care was given to our thoughts and feelings into the potential care our kitten bitty might need in the weeks to come. Today she came home after having her left front leg amputated all the team have been great and we have felt truly supported and this terrible time. We would recommend this practice to anyone with pets they are caring, professional, understanding and keep you fully informed of yr pets progress and care.
