All members of staff were excellent. A particular acknowledgement for Kathy Senior for her outstanding professional service and advice, and for her understanding in a very difficult moment for us.

Everyone is so friendly & helpful, they go out of their way to help with whatever they can. Kathy has always been so supportive as my cat Leo has been diabetic for almost 2 years, between us we have got him as well controlled as possible. He even enjoys going to the vets to get a fuss made of him!

The vet was very professional but friendly and explained clearly the problem and treatment options for my dog. The reception team were kind and helpful.

A friendly practice which offers good value for money and service with a smile. All the team are lovely and explain everything carefully. Has the added bonus of free parking and being inside the pet store.

My dog back at Christmas was diagnosed with a Immune system problem, Emma the vet was amazing. She explained everything clearly and helped me understand the course of action, my dog Baylee had to have a few operations and each and every time for operations and check ups all the staff were amazing. Unfortunately Baylee was too poorly, my Mum and I had to make the awfully hard decision to have Baylee put to sleep. I can't thank Emma and the practise anymore, they were so understanding at such a difficult time and very sensitive about the situation and I was extremely grateful to have received a hand written card from Emma and the practice after we had but Baylee to sleep. This was such a personal touch and really demonstrated their caring nature. I couldn't recommend this practice more.

Did you ever hear about people treating their dogs like they are their babies? I bet you have and I'm one of them. So when I noticed that my tiny 7 month old Yorkshire Terrier had too many baby teeth and a little lump on her upper lip you could imagine my panic. I spent weeks searching for the right vet. If the vet was right, the price was ridiculous and when the price was ok the vet didn't seem ok. Companion Care Vets at Pets At Home in Burgess Hill had everything I was looking for. They were nicer than you could imagine and they didn't seem to mind that I called them almost every day before the op asking lots of questions. The price was just right compared to other vets and to top it all they are open on Sunday!! From the first phone call to the time when we picked our puppy up after her op everything was just perfect. Kathy the Vet was amazing! She let me keep my baby (puppy) at home until the last minute so she wasn't too stressed by having to stay at the surgery before the op. She answered all my questions and she treated her like she was her own. We picked her up after 3.5 hours and the next day my little baby was back to normal. I'm so glad I chose Companion Care Vets and I will always recommend them to my friends. They are just amazing and I can't thank them enough. Quick tip: ice cubes with pieces of cooked chicken inside is best for a puppy's sore throat after anesthesia.

Kathy along with Tracy and their team did such an amazing job on my year old shih tzu'so ulcerated eye. They were with me every step of the way and took over completely when the three different drops, hourly got a bit overwhelming with an uncooperativee dog! And they have followed up with me since, checking all is well and giving me advice. So grateful and pleased they're Duggie's vet. Really friendly, caring and so good at what they do.

I have recently registered with this vet as I have a Cocker Spaniel Puppy. My dog had already had her 1st jabs at another vet and was to continue her care with Companion Care. Staff went above and beyond their call of duty to get copies of the previous jabs and the vaccination cards. They chased up the other vets on at least 3 occasions to ensure they had the correct paperwork etc. I have been into the vets with Delilah 3 times now and we are both always made to feel very welcome. The staff on the desk and the vets are very friendly, professional and reassuring. Delilah is always greeted like an old friend! The practice is always immaculate and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Even though this vet is within Pets at Home, it is a privately run franchise, and this is very apparent. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend this practice.

I recently had a Whippet taken ill with what turned out to be Steroid Responsive Meningitis whilst in my care and Kathy and her team were absolutely brilliant! The standard of care was first class and not only was I kept informed of every detail concerning her treatment but Kathy was also happy to speak to her owner who was overseas. It was a stressful and concerning time that was made a lot easier by the support of Kathy, Catherine and the rest of the team and the knowledge that she was in such good hands. Thank you to everyone!

I cannot praise the vet who treated my Cat for a skin allergy. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. Millie was back to her old self within hours of leaving after a couple of injections. I am so happy I went to the Pets at home Vets. Excellent :)
