My daughter and I took our little cat twinkle in last week as she was deemed to be in pain I thought she probably had reached the end of her life as she was about 17 The care and empathy we received was lovely This week we received a sympathy card from them ,so sweet . Unfortunately yesterday the chemist were I work in Llandudno a lady brought in a kitten that had been knocked down by a car ,the pharmacist and my self took the little cat to Carters were we received the same due care and attention with no cost to ourselves unfortunately there was nothing they could do

Thank You for the professional way in which Frizzy's cysts were treated this afternoon. He never felt a thing. The new surgery is lovely as well.

Had an appointment this morning, was welcomed in and one of the receptionists even came into the waiting room to see how my dog was. Went in on time and my dog was checked out thoroughly. Can not fault one single thing. The vets, vet nurses and the girls on reception are so friendly.

Thank you Cater Vets in Craig-y-Don for prompt appointment. Rebecca was wonderful with old Nicki...a Craig-y-Don local for 14 years. Very respectful to owners and elderly dog and most helpful with advice. We are not giving up on the old chap while he enjoys life. Sincere thanks from us all.

I have recently moved my beloved 19 year old cat to Cater Vat Practice as my previous Vets (although great)seemed to be more interested in the money side of things. From my first contact with the Team at Cater I have received exemplary care - the Team listened to my concerns and were very thorough in their explanations. Hobs needed to have a tooth removed - I was concerned about having her sedated due to her age.Evelyn reassured me, and while I accepted that there are always risks with sedation, I decided to go ahead with the extraction. She sailed through the operation. I collected a very calm Puss after her op. - the Team had kept me fully updated throughout the day. She is doing well now - eating properly, and is a much happier Puss. The care she received was second to none. I am very happy with Cater Vets & their Team - their care is excellent and their prices are much more reasonable than my previous Vets.I highly recommend their services.

We have been taking our pets to this practice since the year dot! We recently had to take all three of our cats to have their yearly boosters, and Sally the vet was thorough, she checked them from head to tail, and double checked everything. About a week later, one of our cats "Dennis" developed a strange lump in his neck (nothing to do with the vaccination) and we saw Sally again. She was fantastic, again thoroughly checked him over and decided to scan him under sedation, but had to take biopsies in the end. The good news is it was nothing to worry about, which was a huge relief. Sally is an absolute credit to the practice as are all the staff. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

From Christmas Day 2015, when unfortunately one of our cats, Abbey, was rushed in to an emergency out of hours service and subsequently transferred to Cater Vets in Craig y Don, we and our pet have been treated in a truly professional and caring manner. For the last 11 months Abbey has been cared for by Evelyn Heffernan; her attention to detail and high degree of care could not be improved upon. Unfortunately, last week Abbey deteriorated and in both our and Evelyn's opinion it would have been unfair to treat her any further. During a home visit the process was carried out very calmly and with the usual degree of compassion we had expected. We will miss Abbey, she has been a great family friend and character for over 11 years when we adopted her from the RSPCA. My wife and I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Evelyn and all the team at Cater vets, who as a family we have been registered with for over 40 Years. Thank you again Caters.

Caters vets and staff have been reassuring and kind to us and our pets in life and sadly of course in death. You always feel as if you matter. The same can be said for their Llandudno Junction surgery.

All the staff are so kind and our two who normally hate visiting the vets really enjoy going there. They received efficient treatment there and although it is like private health care because they are too old to have pet insurance Henry who has diabetes is settled, and Digger who has a heart murmur takes tablets which make him much more bouncy - and bad tempered!

We took our dog Rossi to Caters to have a cyst removed from his back.We were anxious about the operation because of his age (almost 14).We were surprised how bouncy and active he was when we picked him up.Since then he has had his stitches removed and is healing really well and has started to get his coat back to normal. Many thanks to all the staff at Caters who treated Rossi and put our minds at rest.
