i am writing this review in gratitude to jenny hill and all the team at coastway who cared for harry when he was ill last year with an intussuception.he required emergency surgery and i am so grateful to jenny and the team for saving him,and jenny has been good with follow up visits and sorting out his diet for him.

We recently visited Coastway as we needed an emergency appointment over the Christmas period. We were so impressed with the standard of care we received that we have now permanently registered both our pets at the Brighton surgery. All staff have been so helpful and reassuring and Emiliya has even called me a couple of times to check on our dog's progress. I couldn't recommend them more!

Recently our indoor cat Pooh Bear went missing for six weeks. Fortunately he is chipped and after six long weeks we had a call to say he had been found. Our delight soon turned to horror when we collected him it was apparent he hadn't eaten for six weeks and he was completely emaciated and very poorly. The consensus waa he had probably been locked in somewhere and had survived on water. Upon arriving at Coaatways he was seen straight away and the next few days were critical due to the danger of refeeding him and turning his system round from a state of starvation. Thank god Jenny Hill was on board and not only provided excellent care but more importantly pre empted complications that were likely to arise. I have no doubt her expertise and dedication saved his life! Her dedication is exemplearary Staying on after night shifts so she could provide continuity of care aswell as ongoing e-mails after his discharge. The Nurses and receptionists are also excellent caring staff who continue to support us and are always happy to answer my endless calls and provide Pooh Bear with the love and cuddles he needed while in their care. I really can't praise all of you enough for an excellent service. Keep up the amazing work guys you really are a fantastic team. Thank you. X

We had reason to take our 1 year old gsd Bruno to see the vet today,we always try to see Matt or nurse jay,as Bruno knows them,they are soooooo kind to us and to Bruno,we feel that ALL staff there,inc reception staff,love Bruno nearly as much as we do,we were seen quickly,Matt was extremely kind and helpful to our fur baby,who was and somewhat still is in pain from his rear leg,but Matt put our minds at rest that it's nothing serious and even asked me to phone nurse jay tomorrow to update him,and if necessary go back with Bruno,how lovely is that? Nothing is too much trouble for reception staff to vets,fabulous practice,fabulous staff,and fabulous treatment,

Coastway has a reputation in Brighton of being a touch more expensive than some other practices. However, I would urge you to forget that for so many reasons. From the initial call to ask for help, through to the speed of the appointment, the knowledge, kindness, empathy, enthusiasm of every single person in who works in that practice is first class. Coastway folks, thank you so very much.

An excellent vets,we could not recommend their services higher,Paul we have been seeing for well over 10 years now so have no hesitation in recommendation very professional and a pleasure to deal with.After a recent illness our dog was diagnosed with we was seen by Andreas and he to is most caring & we could not have felt our dog was in safer hands.All Reception team ,Vets & Nurses are very efficient,kind & caring.All at coastway brighton are highly recommended...

I took my dog to have 3 teeth removed at coastway Brighton, I was registered with another vet so was anxious that I had made the right decision in changing vets for this procedure, I am so pleased I did as my dog received excellent care and ended up having 5 teeth out, Sharon the vetinary nurse who cared for him was so kind and talked me through the whole procedure and was very reassuring as I was crying my eyes out at leaving him! the after care has been amazing and I am so pleased I changed vets. thank you Sharon and all at Brighton.

I've just endured the two most worrying weeks - I took my Charlie in after finding a lump, the vet (Terry) offered to operate on her the very next day. I took her in the following morning where I was a total mess, the receptionists were lovely and the nurse called the vet to go through the operation with me to reassure me. The whole practice is lovely & clean, appointments are always on time. Everybody there is so helpful and caring, I cannot express my gratitude enough to these people. My Charlie is on the mend and I couldn't be more relieved - thank you all (especially Terry the Super Vet!)

I had to request immunotherapy serum 3 times before it was ordered. The delay caused my dog's injection to be late, potentially comprimising his treatment. Only time will tell. NB. Coastway: This is an honest review - if you do not publish it I will find a different way to do so.

We are aware that on this occasion there were unfortunate delays in getting the specialist medication to you, due to a fire in the laboratory of the overseas supplier and a staff miscommunication. Happily, our supplier has assured us that the delay period should not compromise your dog's health. attended here whilst on holiday with our 9.5yrs boxer Lou.. Our girl had an operation prior to us coming to Brighton and needed her wound checked , we were seen by Rowan who was very professional and extremely nice , he took his time with Lou and checked her throughly. I would definitely recommend this veterinary surgery and I would definitely Use them again also treatment And medication was very reasonably priced. Thank you so much
