The team at Aylesbury showed that they are there because they love and care about animals. I saw it not only in how my dog Penny and I were treated, but in the way they dealt with other clients too. Penny's surgery wasn't necessarily routine, but it was life-changing for her and performed so skilfully! I was given all the information I needed before and after surgery, and was given a lot of support, in more ways than one. The fact that everyone I spoke to commented on/asked about Penny, tells me that everyone cared. Penny loves going to the vet now and I can only put that down to how she was looked after whilst she was with them for the surgery and the aftercare. Amazing service; well done and thank you to all concerned.

As our dog unexpectedly gave birth to 11 pups, I truly believe that it was thanks to the utter professional, skilled and compassionate approach from all the staff in this veterinary surgery that we stayed calm. Not only was out beloved dog and pups taken care of, we were also comforted throughout what was quite an ordeal for us. I cannot thank Oliver enough for the safe delivery of our pups. The rest of the staff, including the reception team have made the whole experience alot more easier to deal with. Thank you so much to all staff xxx

The most caring Vet's Surgery I have ever been to. Our Border Terrier, Millie, had to be put down yesterday. She was 12yrs and 4 months. We had her since she was 8 weeks old. A most loved and cared for dog who gave all our family such joy. Even our friends referred to her as a "legend of a dog"! We are all totally traumatised as it is for anyone who loses a pet, but we will get over it in time and have lovely memories. Renee was quick to diagnose and was honest in preparing us for the euthanasia conversation. It was time for us to give her back. The staff gave my husband and I tea whilst we were in a seperate toom with Millie to say goodbye. They also gave us time to locate our children so they could come and say their goodbye's as well. At this moment in time I feel broken hearted as do all our family and friends. I would recommend Companion Care, Aylesbury to anyone looking for a reputable Vetinerary Surgery. Leonie and Oliver also saw Millie ocer the last 2 years or so and were also fantastic with her and with us. Explaining everything clearly and doing the very best they could for our Millie. Thank you all of you at Companion Care, Aylebury from the Farrier Family.

My puppy is very timid as she wasn't socialised properly before we bought her. She hates the rain and the cold and she shakes. We were given a big blanket on arrival to calm her down before seeing the vet who she warmed up to very quickly. We weren't rushed and were given lots of time for questions from training to tear stains. As well as this the deal we got (the puppy starter) was amazing value, we will definitely be back.

The whole team has shown an incredible amount of care towards my rabbit and myself. They've performed what I consider a miracle - superb professionals who are top of their field. Leonie, Oliver and Charlotte are excellent vets and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It was an incredibly emotional time and their calm yet honest reassurance has been a constant comfort. Thank you

A fantastic vetinary clinic - Run by people who care about animals and their owners and not about making as much as they can. I cannot rate Oliver and his team highly enough. Thanks for a great service.

Oliver is caring and practical always happy to discuss the best way forward and offer up ideas unlike most vets, he's not all about the money! The practice is open all weekend and BH it's fantastic. I would recommend to anyone.

I've been using Aylesbury Companion Care for just under a year. We initially went for a 2nd opinion as we were unhappy with both the explanation we were given for our cat's then newly developed skin problem (stress - it would be pretty hard to find a happier, less stressed cat than ours), the prescribed treatment (steroid cream, lampshade collar and keep indoors during treatment), which actually did cause her to be stressed, and her dismissive attitude towards us and our knowledge of our pet. We read some very good reviews of Aylesbury Companion Care online so decided to give them a try. We were not disappointed! The reception staff were very friendly. There was a long wait, but when our turn came we realized why. The vet (Leonie), was very thorough. She asked lots of questions about our cat's lifestyle, home environment, etc. She decided it was probably an allergy (it was), and she and the other vets at the practice have worked hard to find a long-term solution that our cat can tolerate. The icing on the cake is that their prices are very reasonable - even on Saturdays and Sundays - and the vaccinate for life scheme is excellent value for money! I'm so glad we tried Aylesbury Companion Care. I would recommend them to all local pet owners.

I moved vets to this practice because of Oliver Watson(owner) Iwas a long standing client of another local practice. My pet had a chronic illness which caused flares of pain and persistent vomiting(up to 30 times in 24 hours). He became ill and I called my old vet to arrange an out of hours appointment. The vet(knowing my pets illness history) was very reluctant to assist even after telling me it would be £150 for him to see my pet and I had agreed to pay, he was stroppy and made it abundantly clear he was not happy. So I said to forget it I would find someone else to help. I called companion care. It happened the Oliver was still there. He said he would wait for me. So headed right over. He agreed that my pet could not be left like this all night and that he was in pain. He never asked me if I had insurance(which was always the first thing my other practice asked). It was so abundantly clear that Oliver has a love and passion for animals. From that point I changed practice. Everyone at Companion Care Vets is lovely, so caring!!! They kept my old boy going for three years, where he always received prompt care and led a comfortable last three years. When it came time to say goodbye, I trusted Oliver to but him to sleep. He explained what I would see before he did it and I know they treated my pet with care and compassion during his life and after his death. I think they are amazing!! Expect queues and a wait as they are very busy, but the wait is worth it and they give you the time you need in the consult.
