Jill is an amazing vet - so friendly and interested in the animals. She has followed up Poppy's care meticulously and been genuine in her concern.

Very pleased with our visit to the new Inglis vet in Corstorphine. We saw Jill McDonald who was wonderful with our new kitten. We will certainly be going back to see Jill in the future with our other pets. We got 5 star treatment and I will be recommending Jill and Inglis to friends and family.

A simple procedure turned into a major issue. Dogs required completion of pet passport. All details had been checked prior to appointment. There was no vet available to sign the fit to fly page of PP. An internal and external parasite treatment required by the receiving country was not given. Confusion over what was required and then the bill more than doubled what had been quoted Not what you would have expected from a long established vets and I'm sure not the experience I would have had if Mr Brown had still been in situ. I have had to raise a complaint for the first time in 25 years. Sorry Inglis Vet but its a relief we now live abroad and won't be using you again
Vet ResponseWe're sorry for the shortfall in our service levels regarding completion of pet passports and the provision of parasitic treatment and any misunderstanding on the fees. As you're aware we organised the appropriate signing of the passports within 24 hours by a vet licensed to do this at our main hospital (not all vets are registered to do this) and issued treatments as requested by you at a restricted fee as a goodwill gesture. This was the first day of two new vets starting at this busy branch and we apologise again for any inconvenience caused by this.
