5 Stars - 02-03-2016 - Kimber

On Monday we took our beloved Bigboy to be 'put down' as he was terminally ill and nothing could be done. We picked Deane Vets on line and we could not have made a better choice. The vet was so caring and compassionate to BigBoy that it made a very difficult time slightly less so. As we tearfully left without our cat we were glad for the care that was shown to BigBoy and us. Thank you. Lin & David Kimber.

We have been with Deane Vets since moving to Taunton in 1984 and in all that time I have had nothing but excellent care and considerate service from ALL staff. We rescue animals and have a large number of pets (16 cats and 2 dogs) but they remember all of them and treat them all with kindness and compassion and when the unthinkable happens and one becomes very ill, they do everything their power to help, allowing you to see them and spending time with you to talk about the animal. This leaves you with confidence in the fact that every avenue has been tried and that, as a pet owner, is worth it's weight in gold as it helps you take make the hardest decision a pet owner has to make safe in the knowledge you are doing what is vest for the animal. Mr Wingfield and Mr Yates really know what they are doing and their knowledge fills you with confidence. I personally would not go anywhere else as I would say it is impossible to provide a better service and level of care to that which is received at Deane Vets. They are a 5* veterinary practice.
