m so sad I have to offer a 1 star. I went here for a 2nd opinion and never got to see a vet. My appointment was late.......very late and not once did anyone apologise. The practise was very quiet and therefore no need for me to have waited for so long. I walked out in the end as I feel it's totally unprofessional and rude. Why is your time more important than mine. You were not busy and there were no emergencies. I saw two vets on duty and each one greeted people who's appointments were after mine but saw them first with no explanation. I will try another practice but I wish this practice well but feel they need to brush up on customer services and time keeping.

We have been with this practice for nearly 25 years. They have cared for all our family pets and most recently cared for our newly arrived litter of 9 springer puppies. Their strengths are: Caring for Pets and their owners; Professionalism; Skill and deep Expertise; and outstanding VfM and Customer Care. They are all Brilliant!

I visited Fields vets with my Old Tyme Bulldog after being extremely unsatisfied with a previous practice. The staff were friendly and extremely understanding. John in particular has Been fabulous with my girl, throughout her operation and aftercare. I would never go anywhere else now

We took our boy kitten in for castration not long ago, upon collecting him we were informed that a mistake had been made, he had been shaved for the operation as if he were a female kitten!!! Thankfully, Fields realised just before they operated on him.

Free weight loss clinic - i highly recommend doing this as it allows you to monitor your pets weight. my nanook is 9yrs now and was suffering with arthritis but since losing 6kg in weight so far he is back to his young self. nurses are very helpful and encouraging so glad i started it.

We have just moved to the area and were recommended Fields Vets by a neighbour. Our dog was sick and needed attention so we took him to Fields Vets. Stuart gave him an all over check up, listened intently to the history that I gave then took a full set of bloods. I was deeply concerned that my dog would be more upset being taken away from me, to have the bloods done, but he was only in the next room and never made a sound whilst Stuart and his Nurse took the blood. Since then, they have undertaken further tests and ruled out many illnesses, confirming the diagnosis that I had thought my dog was suffering from. An offer that Fields Vets are running is a full consultation, check up, full blood and urine tests for any dog over 8 years old for only £45. This was a great price for the great service provided. The vet's called a few days later, to check up on my dog. I am more than happy to recommend this vets practice to anyone for their pets. Thank you Fields Vets.
