Had to come due to an emergency with my cat Zhen Zhen, and although they could not do anything for my poor little boy they were very kind and mindful of my feelings at the time. Very grateful for their time and kind attention

I do not have a lot of experience with vets, having only been to a single vet (Medivet in Clerkenwell). However, after three trips there, it is hard to imagine that either me or my dog can be treated better. In particular, the staff in front were brilliant. I look forward to seeing them and their shared love for my toy poodle, Cosmo.

Receptionist is very rude. Comes across really patronising and belittling, she also implies that your lying when. you should talk to you customer with respect. Hidden fees ,They suggest for you to do test thinking its part of the cost but its extra , leaving you confused as to why your being charged. And the tests are really expensive. Only good point will be the lady who Treated my pet was nice and reassuring. Treatment is very expensive. I personally wouldn't come again due to the treatment from the receptionist and not being aware of what I'm paying for.

Dear Anna, we are sorry to hear that your experience at one of our practices fell below our usual high standards of care we offer to clients as well as pets, Any costs should be discussed with clients before treatment begins so informed decisions can be made about the next steps. If this hasn’t happened on this occasion then we do apologise and will address this with the practice.

Obviously maybe was just with me but I never saw a ruder receptionist than the small, blond girl that is there. They just want make money and get appointments. I will never recommend this vet after seeing the multiple options you have in less than 4 miles.

Great place! I have 3 cats who are all a bit neurotic when it comes to vet visits; unfortunately Jones has had very many visits this year due to a stone in her bladder. The clinic has been excellent in looking after Jonesy and my other ones, but i'd like to leave a specific review for Dr Lauren. She is amazing! Even Jonesy likes her, and that is a real achievement. I left a review before but it seems to have disappeared.

I would like to make a complaint about a member of staff. I took my greyhound to the vet last night as he had eaten rat poison. Obviously a distressing time for any pet owner, at first the vet looking after him seemed lovely and sincere and he said the best treatment for my dog was to induce vomiting, so we agreed and then he took my dog off into the back room without much more of an explanation and no talk of the side effects of any of the drugs he was giving him. So after about half an hour my dog came back out from the back and he wasn’t walking properly, legs unstable and he kept trying to scratch. This to me who hadn't has any previous warning about this suddenly felt quite distressed and worried about what he had been given. The vet told me it was due to the nausea, and it was at this point he became very defensive and rude. I asked him to explain it further to me and if I could see the box and leaflet of the medication he had just given to my dog Including the dosage. He got very rude and wouldn’t give me the box but gave me the leaflet which he told me I wasn’t allowed to take and he almost didn’t give me that because he said the name of the medication would be on the receipt and I can look online anyway. I explained to him how I felt he was being very rude and how I had every right to see what my dog had been given and he shouldn’t be acting that way with me. I also heard him moan about me to colleagues when going into the back to get the leaflet. I don’t believe any customer should be treated this way, that whole experience for me worsened ten fold because of how he treated me just for wanting to enquire further about the medication they had given my dog. I would appreciate if somebody could talk to this member of staff and retrain him on how to communicate with customers. As this was a very distressing time and he made that whole experience worse. I can’t remember his name but I am sure there will be a record of the vet on my dogs profile. I would like to be contacted directly with a follow up of what has happened next as his behaviour was unacceptable. Thank you.

Dear Alice Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re obviously extremely disappointed to hear that a visit to one of our practices left you feeling this way as the treatment and care of pets – and their owners – is a priority for us. We will, of course, share the issues you have flagged with our practice directly. We can understand how worrying and upsetting it can be when your pet is sick and very much hope he is on the road to recovery now.
