Just amazing, my cat was so unwell, we took him here as an emergency, the vet was so spot on with what was wrong with him, he gave him medication there and then,as well as medicine for a week, by the time we got home he was transformed, literally wouldn't know anything had been wrong, thank u George the vet, from the bottom of our hearts,

My poor boy had an anaphylactic shock from a thing called spot on calming and went into a seizure at the vets. They were amazing they gave me great support put us in a dark room and kept my boy in for observation and gave him some fluids and he was right as rain 6 hours later. Thank you so much for saving my boys life

I visited this practice as a referral , i found the staff to be incredibly unprofessional, insensitive and uncooperative, I was left waiting all through the night for the vet to call to to give me an update as the nurse clearly did not have the information that i needed , In the morning I was met by an equally unprofessional nurse that in my opinion exacerbated my anxiety and frustration by entering into an argument with me , the Vet in question, appeared and looked like she had just woken , she was equally rude and completely void of any facts and then walked off , I was appalled by this attitude and asked the nurses nae so that i could make a formal complaint and she refused, I also asked for the practice managers name and again she refused I have had animals all my life and never have i had to deal with such a team of incompetent staff members, This practice needs to learn some customer service skills and lean how to appreciate that clear communication, empathy, and good manners is crucial when dealing with people , In short I am disgusted by my recent experience , and will be sharing my feedback via social media to let people know not to go to this practice. This practice currently is processing my claim form it will be interesting to see how long this takes since I have now wrote this review

I saw a post on Facebook about the burning candle in reception for when people are saying goodbye to their pet, and whether it is a good idea or not. I said goodbye to my cat recently, and it wasn't on, although I would not have wanted it to be. The vet, Esther, was fantastic but as I stood at reception crying, one of the receptionists came out and said, have you had some bad news? It was a bit crass so maybe there needs to be a way of letting the clinic staff know what is happening.

We are sorry about the loss of your cat – we know what a huge hole they leave in your life. We will certainly pass on your comments to the practice team and want to apologise if you felt any member of the team was insensitive at what was a difficult time for you.
