Staff & vet very friendly & helpful. Treated my cat very well. Made experience of going to the vets less stressful. Small practice, which makes this a very personal service.

I have been gong to this practice for years since mr tan who I thought was great and had complete trust in,then their was Leiya who was was brilliant when our Yorkshire terrier developed cancer but with there help got some time but when it was time handled well, unfortunately Leiya was on holiday but when she came back took time to phone and apologise for not being there, I thought wonderful but she left then for me not so good, recently our other dog, Molly became lathargic beginning of June drinking a lot, and a few other things ,we took her to the vet and said she wasn't right got told we could some blood test an X-ray but none, when back following week she now had diearear as well given something for this but still no test come back following Tuesday, Saturday night at medivet Hospital Dartford with vomiting. Brilliant people straight away something for sickness, told needs ultrasound & blood test result pangreanitous, needed fluids plus antibiotics, stay in hospital, next day went to visit couldn't believe when they walked her in I was so happy I cried, she touched my hand as she did to rub belly or neck , They said not out woods yet needs another day or so, I said ok left about 11.30 to come back at 1800, they phoned just before 2pm to say died she got some pain which she was given something for and her heart just stopped, collected her straight away slept with her alnight and took her to dignity for private cremation next day, This has broken my heart lost my best friend and companion plus so much more, I miss her so much I can't get over it, I know this more like a story, the point is I feel let down, it took blood test and ultrasound to find this if they had been done earlier who knows, I just feel she was let down , I should have got second opinion, I just wish Leiya or mr tan was there. 6 weeks still feel the same, have changed vets.

My cat has been attending this vet since I got her in 2012. On 1 occasion I went to another vet practice and would never do it again

Sadly, last Tuesday, I had to make the awfull decision of putting my beautiful dog Spangle to sleep. It was the most awful decision to make, but I must say how comforting and compassionate the staff and vet were, and did there upmost to make it a dignified end to a much loved member of our family I can't thank them enough it's nice knowing this vet generally care for your pet .

I brought in my cat Leo at short notice this morning - was seen straight away. The staff and vet were lovely and I was even given a clean towel for my cat box after Leo had had an accident. The vet was great woth leo and he is now on the mend. Would definitley recommend this practice.

We had to bring our aged cat to be put to sleep. A harrrowing experience for anyone who has had to make that decision. All the staff were really kind to us and made it so much less of a trauma for us. We cannot thank them enough for their compassion.

My puppy has been in for all injections and microchip. She has also be been spayed. She also had a accident which involved an emergency appointment at the vets. When I telephoned I was told to bring her down and was seen very quickly. Each time I have visited the vets the staff have been very polite and helpful. It is always very clean and the my dog has always had a fuss made of her by the staff. Would recommend their five start service. Jade

I have been using this practice for many years and was a little concerned when Andrew Tan left as it is never easy to find a vet that will always treat your animals with respect and do their utmost for them but I needed have worried. Leia and the team are wonderful and look after my pet rats professionally and sympathetically. They are the best!
