I have had to visit the practice at Great Denham on several occasions with my dog who is from a rescue centre. Since my first visit the receptionists and Daniel have made a huge fuss of my dog and he was given a thorough initial examination. The expert advice and service from Daniel has lead to a significant reduction of my dog's condition and although treatment is ongoing the friendliness of everyone makes the visits much easier.

Even though both times I visited I considered an emergency, I wasn't fobbed off like I was at previous vets surgery, the staff were all really kind and didn't treat me like I was an overanxious puppy parent. I am so glad my old vets forced my hand and we made the move to this surgery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.....

Visited yesterday (12/09/16) for a follow up consultation for my dog. This was my first visit - my partner has dealt with things up to now. To be fair, I understand the regular vet (Daniel) was on holiday so I was on holiday so I was dealt with by the locum (I presume). Both the receptionist and the vet were friendly enough but the vet himself seemed to have no idea and to be honest I really struggled to understand what he was saying (the language barrier was a real issue). £40 lighter and my dog was prescribed some steroids I'm not sure he needs and some flea treatment that doesn't treat fleas - as I said the language barrier was a real issue. I left feeling I need to see a proper vet as I had no faith at all in the guy I'd just met. My partner really rates Daniel but on my experience I will not be allowing my pet to go there again and would most definitely not recommend the place.

Daniel, Leanne and Emily are quite frankly lovely and amazing people. They did so much for me and my family when we had our puppy, Gus and continued their support after he passed. We are eternally grateful to them. Now that we have another new member to my family, I have just registered her there and would fully recommend their services. Thank you guys The Graham's

After dropping my pet of for a minor procedure and being told the cost, I was somewhat surprised that the bill was 50% higher. I would have expected to have been consulted at the very least. Also the extra £100 seemed overtly costly for what was in effect no more work than was being engaged in anyway. It seemed to be justified by the fact that it would be paid by the insurance anyway!!!! Not so if you pay for vets bills yourself as I do. I now cant return to the vet as I don't know what ill be charged.

If your\'re looking for a caring practise, look no further. I\'ve had an assortment of pets over the last 20 years and have always brought them to the Kempston practice. Linda in reception is so calm and caring, yet efficient and practical. Leo is just about the best kind of vet you can find. He wades through the waffle of an emotional pet owner and asks those little things that make a difference. From lumpy pet rats to firework fearful retrievers, he treats them all with equal attention and affection. Even when sometimes it\'s a difficult decision, he will guide you through your choices. If surgery is involved, it\'s over to Flitwick - where they\'re all equally as helpful.....don\'t hesitate.
