My rabbit Bella has been registered with this vets since birth in 2011. She's only been for routine reasons until this week. Unfortunately on Sunday night she started to make strange noises when breathing, like she was struggling. I was able to comfort her and on Monday called the vets as soon as they opened. They were very understanding over the phone and advised me that although they are not rabbit specialists I was welcome to bring her in for an initial assessment, rather than send us elsewhere as due to severe flooding in Islington traffic was at a standstill (not the best Monday in the world!). Bella was seen by the vet Hannah who was gentle, understanding and had such a lovely calming manner to Bella and I. When it was decided Bella did need to be referred for treatment to a more specialised unit Hannah and the receptionist arranged all this for me and even looked after Bella while I dashed home to get some things I needed for the onward journey. Unfortunately in the 48 hours since Bella has passed away however I have just had a phonecall from vet Hannah, who had been made aware of this by the animal hospital, offering her condolences and support. All in all exemplary service and care at what feels like one of the most difficult times a person can face. I am so impressed.

Receptionist was very helpful with her advice. The Spanish Vet who's name I've forgotten is lovely and explains everything. And weekend and evening appointments.

I've had dogs all my life and treat them as part of my family and when they get sick it's an awful time . It's important to trust and like your vet . I've been through many in north london and never quite felt happy until now . David is so caring and thorough, my dogs really like him as do we. I trust his judgement completely. He is definitely the doctor for my dogs. All the staff in the practice are lovely, welcoming, kind and informative. They all really care for the animals and always From the moment you arrive you're made to feel in safe hands. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend this vets to anyone . 10/10

I was directed to this practice 6 months ago as my usual branch were fully booked, and I'm so glad I was ! David is a fantastic vet and has helped my dog through her lymphoma, he was so kind and understanding as I was a complete mess after my dogs diagnosis, I was panicking over how I would be able to afford her treatment , David and fran the lovely receptionist couldn't be more helpful and we worked out a way that would suit me and my dogs treatment. She is still with us and doing so well I can't quite believe it I'm very grateful for all the help and care they have given me and my dog I would highly recommend this practice My dog actually enjoys her visits as fran spoils her rotten :)

I went to Medivet (Cross st), and I took my French Bulldog Ernie to find out what was wrong. From the time I entered the practice, I was very impressed with the front-line staff and David (the Vet) was very re-assuring with regards to my dog's condition,He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options of different treatments. I have no hesitation in recommending Medivet (Cross st), and David is an excellent vet. I thank all of them for the treatment they are affording my dog "Ernie", so far.

Dear David, I would just like to thank you and your team for the amazing job that you did with Archie on Wednesday. Archie was attacked when he was younger and the experience that both he and our family went through was dreadful as we nearly lost him and ever since then he has been a nightmare when going to the vets. Other vets have given him sedatives to have before seeing them and then wedged him a door to inject him to knock him out. My husband was so impressed on how you took the time to get to know him, play with him, make him trust you and then give him an injection without him even knowing. We can`t thank you enough as finally we have found someone who truly cares for animals. If there were a rating we would give you 10/10 and we will be recommending to all our friends and family. Once again thank you Yours sincerely Lesley

I adopted my Shap (cat ) when he was one year old. Didn't have any previous experience with cats at all. The vet David Rubiera Conesa answered all my questions and advised me on basics. I gave 4 stars for value just because I believe it is very expensive even for the simplest service.....but it is everywhere like this ,I guess. Professionalism 4 stars just because we came back with a infected minor wound and I was not explained that it would happen on regular basis if my cat is a fighter! But we were seen by another specialist then. Anyway..if I have some concerns I would give them a call and a receptionist is very knowledgeable too.......Make the story short -I TRUST THEM. love

Our cat is a feisty tortoishell from a refuge who HATES anything to do with being at the vets. Today we took her for her vaccination booster and anti flea and worm medication, both of which usually send her crackers. The woman vet who saw her did her annual health check and the medication and the cat hardly noticed a thing! A first! I am most impressed (and grateful).
