I was pleased with how the staff treated my cat and myself. My cat has made a very good recovery and the follow up care was also excellent. Your staff are approachable and professional, you should be very proud of them.

I had booked an appointment with the vet who knew my dog, who was ill on the day of the appointment. However, the vet we saw instead was just as wonderful. He very clearly knew the content of the medical record. Helpful receptionist making use of the fact that the medical record of the dog is available at every medivet practice and working with other practice to order special food and flea treatment.

I first came across Medivet Mill Hill approx 25 years ago when I was looking after a school Guinea Pig in the summer holidays who became poorly. They were the only vets open in the evening who would see me straight away and were absolutely fantastic. Turned out they knew the school and Guinea Pig! I have since had four dogs of my own and Medivet Mill Hill (and out of hours Hendon) have continuously provided the upmost care and compassion. Although the vets and nurses have changed over the years each and every one of them have always proved to be exceptionally compassionate, professional, friendly and understanding. A definite 5 stars from us!

My cat was attacked a few weeks ago very badly, we only realised quite late and near the closing time of the vet. We took the cat in and they immediately closed the vet and took my cat into surgery. They worked well passed closing time to help stitch up all of the wounds. They called us when they had found more and informed us it would take longer. That evening, they were very caring for our cat and also sensitive towards us during the difficult time. They seemed to understand and were very delicate around the matter. We have returned repeatedly for check ups and they have been warm and welcoming every time. The space is always cleaned just before we go in and equiptment used has been cleaned or is in a sterile packet. They treated my cat tenderly when in their care. My cat has made a speedy and full recovery thanks to the vet! Though i hope my cats won't need to go back to the vets any time soon, if they need to, we completely trust the vets and feel welcome there and know our cats will get the best care and treatment possible!.

Dear Dora, I own a chihuahua named Jumbo. We go to Silkstream Park for the past 4 years. He has never bitten other dog (* especially Border Collies) I mention this because the advise you gave a certain Polish lady whose border collie got bitten three times by a chihuahua in this park , is wrong. If you would be as good of a vet as you claim to be I'm sure you wouldn't tell your clients that small dogs should be on a leash. ( may i also say, the Border Collie in question with a fear or "anger" for small dogs has behavioural problems due to the uneducated owner, you have misled her to think that her dog is afraid of other small dogs and that is just a question of time until she will bite one to death if left of the leash) Im sure you will take in account my suggestion

After rehoming a nervous, slightly snappy jack russell - i panicked when i found a tick burrying into his face - i called the surgery at 5.30pm and they said bring him in straight away we will fit him in. I was very relieved as the tick was halfway in and looked very sore - when we arrived they were so friendly and kind and took him into the back of the surgery to remove the tick. He came out happy and tick removed with no problem at all. Katie and Dora were so caring and couldnt do enough to help me and my dog. I have taken their special insurance which works out cheaper for the worming/tick medication and feel very lucky to have them as my local vet.

I have been bringing our puppy Ziggy to the puppy parties for the last few months and we enjoy it as much as he does. I have found the parties extremely beneficial for Ziggy who is now well socialised with dogs big or small. Holly is absolutely brilliant with him and is a real asset to the surgery! She gives great advice and we all love her stories ;) We will carry on bringing Ziggy as long as they will have him!! Thank you medivet mill hill!!
