Very helpful and nothing seems to much trouble

Our 16 year old cat received the best care here that anyone could want. She needed expert attention and Scott gave it to her in her hour of need. He explained everything, gave us options, reassurance, guidance and support. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts and bless him in his work.

My dog Mosley has been attending both, Hellesdon and Catton Medivet for a number of years after a bad experience with another local vet. Medivet, and the team at both practices - In particular, Kat, Scott and Collette have been amazing over the years. Our boy Mosley, being a boxer is susceptible to Lumps and bumps and he has had a fair few proceedures over the last few years - Medivet have been incredible. The level of care given to Mosley by Kat and most recently Scott has been second to none - Nothing is ever too much trouble, spending large quantities of time explaining procedures, findings and preventatives are a staple of the service they provide. Collette is a different level - Not only providing informative, precise information on Mosley's pre operative care, but being there to support, guide and offer help where insurance claims are concerned and everything in between. I would go as far to say,Kat and Scott sell me this vet alone - But with Medivet you are getting the all round package, when not only your animal needs care, but you need support too - I would have no hesitation in recommending Medivet, and will be returning so long as we have pets. Thank you for the care over the years. Mosley and the Field Family.

Scott looked after me and my animals for about 7 years at his previous practice. I found him to be honest and straightforward, giving any and all information I either wanted or needed and he never rushed me. He is full of encouragement and compassion and I wish that I lived nearer to his current location so that I could have continued making use of his expertise. He also has a great sense of humour.

Our cat Max was very unhappy with a skin condition, constantly scratching and biting and over grooming. The vet Scott gave us excellent advice and Max had treatment on this visit and we were given some antibiotics for Max to take over the next 10 days. Within 24 hours Max became more calm and relaxed, has hardly scratched, over groomed or bitingly at his coat. Today Max went out on an adventure which he hasn't done in months, he disappeared for over 4 hours and came home to have a nap in the conservatory, we cannot believe the difference Scott the vet has made to Max. Thank you so much

We have had 2 elderly dogs through the care of Scott and his team. They didn't give up on them and kept them comfortable, happy and mobile. Yet they were realistic, compassionate and showed a genuine love and respect towards you and your pet.

Medivet staff are very friendly and professional. Our cat is very old (well over 20) and has been given excellent treatment that has improved her quality of life.

Had to take doodle Boris late in day as he swallowed stones, sicked up three but obviously became poorly suddenly. Vet Katherine examined him, X rayed him and found large stone lodged in stomach. She admitted him and arranged with Vet Scott to operate next morning after putting him on a nutritious drip, sedating him and making him comfy. We were called at 10-00pm with courtesy call from Collette the head nurse who kept us updated to the discharge. All the staff are excellent at their job and I would recommend all to their friendliness and great skills. Boris has been back home now for 24 hours and is feeling much better regardless of the lamp shade he has to protect the wound. Well done all of you.
