Friendly staff, I didn’t have to wait which was nice. It was an ok experience, same level as other vets I have visited before, but the price I was charged is in my experience unacceptable compared to other practices that offer the same service.

A few days ago I took my cat in for a lion clip. She is a Silver Chinchilla Persian so has a massive temperament when it comes to grooming! The vet was a really lovely girl with a very professional attitude and suggested to put her under sedation. The vib

I've been going to this practice for >17 years. Up till 2 years ago it was privately owned and run by Andrew and his partner. They were highly experienced, lovely guys and I had no problems what so ever. When they left & sold the practice to Medivet I recall one of them telling me about the pros and cons of having a chain step in and so far that's pretty much been my experience. Prices remain the same and the vet is very sweet. As much of the paperwork is now done by the company rather than the vets themselves, they've extended their opening hours. However the personal touch the service previously offered has now deminished and many of the old reception staff have left. The post qualification level of experience the vets offer is less than before, communication has been an issue at times with English not being the vets first language, the receptionists are rather offhand at times and appointments are becoming more difficult to get. I had to wait 3 days last time to get seen. The comfy padded waiting room benches have been replaced with cheap plastic seats, the display stand has rather bizarrely been moved to partially block the steps to the examination room making it tricky to get in carrying an animal box and you're subjected to annoying recorded messages selling the virtues of Medivet when you phone up. However despite this, they remain an averagely good service. You can park outside most times or in the Surrey quays shopping centre carpark nearby. The emergency vet is now closer, being over near Dalston so that's helpful if you need over-night services. Awaiting my first experience of surgery coming up shortly-so we'll see how that goes....

Very good service, the Vet was extremely friendly and caring. The Nurse on duty was also very helpful. We have always used this practice, for over 30 years with many different cats and a couple of dogs. Always impressed with their caring nature.

My vet, Lilia, is highly knowledgeable & competent. She listens to worries and responds sympathetically. She takes her time and presents all possible treatment scenarios. I never feelunder pressure to curtail my questions because there is another patient behind me.
