I am so pleased with the level of care provided for my 14 week old pup Milly, last week we found out she was blind and the condition wasn't getting any better, the vet was very caring and reassuring, I would also like to say to say that receptionist Sam was extremely helpful she made phone calls and gave me a lot of time to help me, I am so grateful Sam. Thank you all so very much. Sinead Bateman.

I had a very poorly cat and after visiting 2 other vets on a Friday and Saturday, discovered Vets for Pets online offering scans and blood tests at the surgery. Also such a help being open on a Sunday as I was told I would have to contact an emergency vet and was told to expect a very costly price and to consider putting my cat to sleep. Feeling very distraught I phoned Vets4pets at 10:30 on Sunday morning and was seen in a little over an hour. All tests came back good, drip given to my cat and amazingly 5 hours later she was on the road to recovery. I can't thank the vet and staff enough. So friendly and helpful. I have now registered my other cats at this practice.

We changed to this vets a couple of years ago, because of the location, when an elderly cat needed urgent treatment. However, we were so pleased with the care we received we haven't been anywhere else since. I had been dubious that it might be a bit of a "supermarket" attitude but that couldn't be further from the truth. I always feel that they take the time to listen to us as owners and have our pets bests interests in mind all the time. I would thoroughly recommend them.

These guys are perfect, everything about them. The receptionists are friendly, the waiting time is always short. The vets are fantastic. Our vet is Hannah Wood and she is brilliant, she has a wonderful way with animals. She's just a thoroughly nice person, our cats are always chill with her We took our cat in to sort her teeth out, everything about the vet was amazing. I was glad to see my cat happy and even more so to find my bank wasn't to run low! The painkillers were good, no nastiness at all. Same as the antibiotic, she was happy after the op... They're really good, I highly recommend everybody at these vets

My dog has been looked after by the staff of this practice for many years; through routine appointments, general minor illnesses and a couple of emergency visits. He was recently put to sleep at the age of 15 years due to his failing health and mobility. I have found the vetinary staff friendly, helpful and caring - also many thanks to the ladies on the reception desk for all your help. I would not hesitate to recommend your practice.

I have been a regular at Companion care, Milton Keynes for over 14 years. I have always valued the high level of service and care my pets have received. Staff are professional, friendly & polite and always go the extra mile. The reception staff are excellent - especially Emma - who always does her best to accommodate appointments around my schedule. And Alison is brilliant at completing claim forms - never makes any mistakes! The nursing staff are fantastic; Becky, Liz & Bridget to name a few. It is always hard leaving any of my cats for a procedure - but knowing how caring and friendly they are, gives me such tremenodouse peace of mind. In my opinion Huw Morgan-Jones is the best vet my cats have seen - and happy was the day he took over the practice back in 2009. I have every confidence in him and trust him implicitly. He always takes time to explain conditions, diagnoses, options and treatments thoroughly. Whilst being as positive and reasuring as he can be, when news is not great he will not give false hope just to appease - something I really appreciate. My only complaint is that he is not there enough!

Having taken my Netherland Dwarf Rabbit Belle for her first vaccination's here I thought as they had her details this is where I would have her spayed. On the day of the surgery we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and taken to the front desk to book Belle in. We were then taken into the the consultation room by Becky Viszked who was very friendly and professional and was so good with Belle as she did her pre op checks and made sure we knew all the information and the risks. Later that day I received a phone call from Hannah Wood one of the Vet surgeons to say that Belle had a bad reaction the the anesthetic and that she had stopped breating during the procedure and that they manually ventelated her and brought her back round as they decided it was to risky to do the op. Hannah was very professional and caring on the phone so not to worry me. I know that it was the quick thinking and skills the people had on that day that saved Belle's life and I will always be thankfull to them all.
