Sadly at Christmas we had to have our precious cat Casper put to sleep with kidney failure, over the last few months of his illness Ben, Zoe and all the staff have been so kind and caring. He was 15 and a half years old and we miss him so much. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff and we can not thank them enough.

This was my local practice as a teenager in the 80's so when I moved back to Cornwall I registered my dog here because I live in Redruth. My dog was attacked by two dogs and managed to break his lead, subsequently being hit by a car as he ran home. By chance, the person who hit him took him to Monument Vets and Ben was able to contact me easily and after a very unpleasant few days my dog recovered. Throughout all of this I found Ben's manner to be compassionate and professional, and the nurses at the practice were also extremely helpful - it was obvious that they cared and would have been genuinely upset had my dog died. Ben and Zoe are knowledgeable and want to do the best they can for their clients; both human and animal! I tend to ask to see either of them if it is something serious, but I have seen the other vets at the practice too and they also seem competent.

HAVE RECENTLY TRANSFERRED OUR 4 DOGS TO THE PRACTICE AT DRUMP RD. EXCELLENT CARE, COMPASSION AND TREATMENT OF BOTH OUR ANIMALS AND OURSELVES THROUGH SOME EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TIMES OVER THE PAST MONTH. CANT THANK AND RATE THIS PRACTICE HIGHLY ENOUGH.

The Practices in Camborne and Redruth provide a top-class, thoughtful and caring service. Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to putting animal care first. Can highly recommend them

When my puppy was taken suddenly taken ill, she saw Ben and was admitted for a day and had follow up appointments. Throughout she was given excellent care by the vet and veterinary nurses. Also when my Labrador was terminally ill I was given an honest opinion and advice as to the various options open to me. I would recommend this practice to other people.

So much compassion and care shown to our dog when she was being spayed. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been a customer of The Veterinary Centres for several years now and have been consistently impressed with the high level of service and also the compassion they have shown my pets. Highly recommended.
