It's always a pleasure to visit this practice, the staff are always so friendly, helpful, caring and professional, just such a lovely team, Frankie is always at ease for his appointments and you never feel rushed, they seem to give you all the time you need to ask questions or just talk about your pet. Would never think about changing to another practice and would definitely recommend them. A big thank you, amazing team, all of you.

After seeing several really bad reviews on social media I thought I would add my personal experience. I first visited NV as a saw a lorry drive over a seagull and leave it dying in the road. I took the animal straight there (out of hours). They quickly dealt with the poor animal, and thank me for not letting it suffer. I have since taken my son's gerbil there twice - both times we were seen on time and the staff were friendly. Reception has been very helpful.

Absolutely disgraceful display of 'customer service' at Natures Vet Clinic Paulton this morning, which saw my cat left in his basket for over an hour, an impromptu Kangaroo court called in a consulting room, during which it was strongly inferred that I was a liar and where an insincere apology was offered as a last resort. All this from a comment in which I suggested it might be courteous to communicate to your customers if you are running 40 minutes late and why so that they are prepared and accepting, rather than endlessly walk past them discussing staff birthdays and cups of tea. Oh, and supposedly on their clock I was 5 minutes late and therefore didn't deserve to be communicated with. So dreadful, it's almost surreal. One star ratings, only because it is not possible to leave a zero star rating.

I have been coming to Nature's Vet for the last 5 years. Dave and his team are friendly, caring and treat my pet as it if was their own. They give a much more personal service than other vets I've been too. Keep up the good work!

Over charged my elderly parents in their 88 and no OAP discount for visiting on a Thursday! I was told £ 10 each dog to be microchips and was charged£ 42.84 if you want to put this right I suggest you call them or write to them,please do not send me a email cos I will not reply! Appalled!

Dear Mrs Hancock Thank you for the feedback regarding your parents' recent experience at Natures Vet. I am sorry you feel that the service they received was unsatisfactory. On the day your parents visited the surgery, we had a locum veterinary surgeon covering one of our regular vets who was simply unaware that your parents would be eligible for our OAP discount. It is my understanding that they also did not mention the reduced price offer during the consult or when paying at reception. Had this issue been brought up either during the consult, when paying at reception after the consult or via a telephone call to myself or the practice manager then we would have immediately rectified the situation. I have complete trust in Natures Vet, I moved to them as they clearly believe the welfare of my animals is more important than profit. They always know me and whoever is in the cage that day by sight and are never less than thrilled to see us. They are also incredible with serious condidtions and end of life care and support.

I find Natures vets to be the only vets that cares more for the animal than what money will be paid in, they also have the most honest staff they tell the truth and advise is the best. I would always recommend Natures vets my dogs are 100% safe with the team xx

Very pleased with the service I received. Our cat has a common problem seen in older cats (one I was not aware of). The vet was not condescending over my queries in any way and put my mind at rest. He also gave my cat a check over and even a quick manicure! Would not hesitate to return.

We have a mature cat aged 17 years and I can honestly say that the service provided at this surgery is second to none. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet is always attentive and friendly, nothing is ever too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

Moved to the area and this was my second visit to Natures Vet. The surgery is situated in Paulton and car parking is available. When I telephoned the vetinary nurse was very helpful in trying to secure a convenient appointment asap the following day. On the day of the appointment we were warmly greeted and seen in good time. The vet was very kind and explained what treatment was available, helping me to consider our options. The vet was professional and knowledgable but what impressed me most was her genuine interest in our pet and his well being. "The Hamstir" is now back home again receiving plenty of cuddles attention and treats. Thank you Natures Vets.
