My 12yrs old dog went walk about from our gated communal area out the back n was rescued n taken to pets at home in Norwich where we were successfully reunited due to the staff going out there way to find us...They made posters n cared for him ...Me n my husband and Nipper the dog want to sincerely thank everyone involved for everything they did for us and I'm pleased to say he's now been chipped ...sincere Thanks xx

I contacted the vets last Thursday morning as I thought my Jack Russell had eaten something that was making him lethargic and extremely wobbly on his feet , and was told to bring him straight away . The lady I saw was fantastic ( sorry I can't remember her name) , she said she thought it might be a slipped disc or possibly a stroke and requested an MRI scan at Dick White Referrals in Newmarket for that same morning . I took him , and he was diagnosed with a slipped disc , was operated on that afternoon and after recuperating over the weekend came home on Monday . Thanks to Companion Care's prompt treatment , Finn should make a full recovery in 2-3 months .

This vets practice has been treating my animals for a number of years. Stephan and Kerry have been looking after my dog since he had a spinal injury last October. My dog has regular reviews and needed continuous care since his injury. Stephan is extremely knowledgable and always offers great advice. Kerry is also an amazing vet who is ever so patient. All in all, the vets at this practice are very friendly and understanding. I would highly recommend them.

Very good practice. I came here after having a bad experience with a previous vet. Both Angela and Stephan have seen my Minnie several times for different reasons and they have always been very caring and thorough. Despite having been to the vets more times than I can count, Minnie loves to go there, so she has had only good experiences with the staff. They are very respectful of my views.
