The vet and nurses at the Tamworth branch have been absolutely amazing with Honeysuckle, trying anything possible to save her. I can never thank them enough for how compassionate and personal they were during her treatment both with honey and ourselves. Although in the end there was no other way, we realised that honey had touched everyone's hearts and we cannot thank you enough for trying all possible options. Thankyou for everything. We will definitely be continuing to use Oakfield at Tamworth for our Yogi bear.

I want to thank all the amazing staff who gave great help and support in such a sad time with my dog Jack on the 6th and 7th December. Jack my pup (who was 14) was treated with great dignity and respect at such a sad time at the end of his life. I feel he came home to rest in peace after living in Kent the last the 4 years enjoying his life as a beach babe. Once again your caring professional manner at the practice was fantastic and we thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts right now. My journey back home to kent wont be the same but i know he was given the best treatment ever and I will carry home 14 years of lovely memories I was privilaged to have xxx

Today I phoned the Tamworth practice for advice on a dog that my elderly mother had just bought. The advice given to me by Laura made complete and utter sense to the dogs behavior. Excellent advice, excellent practice and very very caring and helpful. Thank you Laura, You're a star!

Thank you for your kindness and care for our much loved hamster Ryan when it was sadly time to say goodbye. You helped make a difficult decision easier and were so gentle with Ryan. I was so upset and in floods of tears so your understanding was much appreciated. The sympathy card that you posted to me made me cry again but what a lovely compassionate gesture and acknowledgement of the genuine grief when we lose a much loved pet.
