I needed some Xeno 450 spot on as my rabbits had fur mites. This is not a prescription medicine but you cannot buy it in the shop. I was charged £34.66 for 4 pipettes. The pipettes are available at a price of £17.34 FOR SIX on the internet. You pay per pipette £8.67 at this place and £2.89 on the web. My rabbits will need between 8 and 12 pipettes and so this pricing would mean nearly £70 more. OK, I expect to pay a premium for a shop which is open on a Sunday versus the internet but this is a very substantial premium of around 300%

We saw vet Sabine Frick on Monday with our cat for vaccinations. We have seen her before when our cat was injured a few months ago. On both occasions she has treated our cat extremely well and been empathic whilst providing excellent care and attention. I would highly recommend this practice

We have been regular visitors to this practise over the last 8 weeks with our Boxers Freddy & Buster! Buster broke his leg whilst on his daily walk which resulted in needing a specialist vet to operate and is still on going with his recovery and Freddy was diagnosed with lymphoma which unfortunatley resulted in him being put to sleep. These have been very difficult times for us and every step of the way everybody at this practise has been amazing and very supportive, every option was made available to us for the treatment of our dogs and nothing is ever to much trouble! Hassan is a wonderful vet and man and his team are a credit to him! 5 stars from us and would recommend this practise to everyone x Thankyou for everything you have done for our furbabies x

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Violeta ,Sean (hope I've spelled that right!) and all the staff of Companioncare for looking after Merlin over the past couple of days. He was a very, very poorly cat but thanks to their kindness and skill he's now back home with a good chance of being part of the family for a few more years! Violeta did her best to keep our costs down whilst giving Merlin the best care possible, he was encouraged to eat by Sean and the other nurses and thanks to their professionalism he's doing well. Merlin had successful breast cancer surgery last year at Companioncare so we have a lot to thank the team for! I've always found Companioncare vets and staff to be extremly caring and helpful, we would definitely recommend them (and have done). Thank you!

After being impressed with the very friendly reception ladies I booked an appointment to have my dog spayed. the consultation with Violeta Kateva was horrific, she told me the worst case scenario of what could happen to my dog, during the consultation I became upset but this made no difference to this awful woman. I left and cancelled my appointment. I sent in a complaint and the next day received a phone call from Hassan Salamian, whist telling him what had been said, he laughed. I would have just walked away and not left a review if he hadn't found a the comment, ' your dogs stitches could burst and the intestines would come out and your dog would bleed to death' funny. My dog is the most precious thing in the world to me, shame they didn't understand that. I'm afraid pets at home have now lost me as a customer too.

I have visited Hassan and his team for two separate series of treatments for my cat. The whole team works extremely hard and provide an excellent service in all respects. They actually care! 100% recommended.

Despite having to wait another half an hour on top of my planned appointment the service we received was of very high standard. After much apology for the delay in being seen my Syrian hamster was carefully handled by the vet who had many compliments to say about my hamster. My hamster was diagnosed with an abscess under his eye. The vet suggested the different options I could take. He also explained each price and then once I had chosen the appropriate option he then gave me a rough idea of the entire cost of the consultation , general anesthetic , medicine etc... Which was very useful! And much to my relief relatively cheap! The staff at the desk were very friendly and THE most cheerful vet made my experience and hamsters experience a very pleasant one! Thank you!!

Hassan and his team always show compassion and obviously genuinely care about the pets they look after. As for value for money, they always try to keep costs down, if at all possible (although the animal's wellbeing always comes first).

A huge thank you to Hassan, Caroline and all the rest of the vetinary team. My cavalier, Lola, has had four operations in the past 10 months at the practice and she has been treated with such compassion and professionalism. She has made a fantastic recovery and is a happy, healthy dog. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for the vetinary team including Hassan and Caroline and the vetinary nurses and reception staff and I would unreservedly recommend their services.
