oh what a day we have a shar pei nearly 11 years old named zuki we have been struggling to come to terms with our wonderful loyal gentle zuki coming to the end of his life well today was the day we had to make the awful decision to put him to sleep our vets were closed from the minute we rang vets now to being sent to you was a blur except the helpful friendly telephonist who told us what we needed to do we arrived at your surgery to find two staff members waiting at the front entrance we were greeted with is this the shar pei we are waiting for I felt so at ease and it was appreciated that my dog yes my pet my baby ment something to someone else shaun the vet was fantastic compassionate friendly and agreed it was the best decision we could of made he said zuki had a twisted stomache and possibly given zukis age etc wouldn't survive a big operation thank you I now know the decision was right not one of you judged us on how tatty zuki looked but may I say from the bottom of my heart you truly are amazing and my 4 year old granddaughter was able to be with her friend at the end I am now thinking how some vets are money orientated don't know good customer service ok take a leaf out of your books do not change a thing you are the best well done I shall always recommend you each and every member of the team we met today thanks a million and to those sitting in the waiting room when a blubbering wreck came out im sorry but he was a truly special pet in a very sad household now but was made to feel important right up to the end of his life

Thank you to all the staff who looked after my cat, even if he was a bit of a difficult patient at times! Been with Rogers Brock and Barker for many years now, and always had friendly and compassionate care. Thanks also to the Vets Now staff who took my details when I turned up too early for surgery on Sunday and took the trouble to call me. Just need to update the website - shows Sunday hours as 9 - 12 not 10 - 12.

Thank you to all your staff, especially Tammy and Wain for 9 years of care of our beautiful dog Holly. A special thanks to Bruce and Tammy for making her passing the best it could possibly be

All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. My Westie Toby has been ill for a few months and yesterday we made the horrible decision to PTS. Throughout his treatment all the staff have been brilliant(at one time the practise was like a second home as we were there that often).Nothing has ever been too much trouble and I would like to thank the nurses and the vets especially Helen and Christine for treating Toby with respect and dignity. It makes so much difference to know that Toby was in the hands of people who really cared for him.
