I can't thank the Team enough especially Alex, for the brilliant surgery and care he gave Lou my dog, she needed an emergency hysterectomy, her weight and age were a big factor, and I feared the worst, but Alex came through for me, and Lou is doing brilliantly and continues to heal. I salute you Alex and Team (Dimitrios, Hayley and others)

Visited to have vaccination booster and health check for our kitties and met a nurse lady. We had a bit of a wait, but do understand about that, as unplanned things can happen. But I do mind about the fact that the vet nurse lady seems impatient when we mentioned a few things about our pets. She was visibly annoyed that she has to talk a few minutes longer and does not seem like a person who would like animals either. Every time I visit for my cats, I meet different person. In this vet, I think some staff genuinely love animals, which makes much difference. Next time we move to a different area, I will be finding a vet where I can take my pets to same caring vet nurse in every visit. Wouldn't recommend unless same vet nurse allocated to care for the pets.

Had to wait half an hour to see a nurse and my dog is quite anxious and a bit feisty so needed another nurse to hold him waited for another ten minutes apparently she is busy so thought I had to hold my dog down which made me feel really anxious and nervous. Vet didn’t really seem interested discussing my dogs care plan etc Dreading my next visit when my dog has rest of injections.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologise for the extended wait you had, unfortunately an inpatient needed a little extra attention before being discharged. We'd be more than happy to discuss this further with you if you would like to call the practice. Please ask for Jodie Christmas, Vets4Pets Area Practice Manager. Kind regards

We've brought many rats to this practice, but when I needed to have my special rat Dom put to sleep, they were so good with him and let us be with him at the end. Staff were very compassionate and sent us a card with his little footprints in it, which is a special keepsake for us. Thank you!

Took our cat Ali for the first time here as she was very poorly. We spoke to the vet who also had recently lost her cat. Who confirmed our cat had an enlarged kidney and best to put her to sleep. She wa so compassionate and caring to Ali and also to my sister and I. Thank you to all the staff for been so understanding and treating Ali with the care she deserved

The reception and nurses are lovely at the vets -10/10 however I can’t ignore the fact that there have now been two occasions wherein I have been told that the vets don’t have / cannot staff a vet on premises for the day or for the next few days. I have been turned away for an emergency situation due to this, referred to another practice on a separate occasion and today, when calling up during working hours, told that there are no staff in by pets at home. Can’t seem to get into my own vets so will have to start looking elsewhere. It’s a real shame!

Always very impressed with the level of care, professionalism and friendliness of all the vets, nurses and administrative staff here. The practice is always clean on tidy with a comfortable waiting area and appointments are almost always running to schedule. Can't think of any reason to take my kitties anywhere else - would highly recommend!
