Always been customer of this practice but wont be going there unless my current grievance is sorted out phoned practice this morning to order advocate the reason i ordered it the last twice that i have been there left in waiting room for over half hour so thought I would pre order but the receptionist needs to go on a customer care course Richard David
Vet ResponseAt Shepherds Veterinary Hospital we endeavour to provide the highest levels of clinical and support care to our customers at all times. Our receptionist team plays a vital role in this delivery. I am sorry that you feel you did not receive the level of service and care you expected from us. Our practice policy is that a receptionist should never terminated a telephone call with a customer. The only exception to this policy is where the caller is being abusive. Where this occurs the customer will be requested to refrain from being abusive, if the behaviour continues then the receptionist has no alternative than to end the call.

I have used shepherds for 13 years, I have always been happy with the service they provide. My lovely dog has become very ill recently, I cannot recommend shepherds enough. They have talked me through his treatment, helped with my insurance claim and been very friendly and professional! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My family have been taking our animals to Shepherds Vets for over 30 years. We've taken dogs, cats, even a hamster and all have been given excellent care. I would never use another vets. I trust Shepherds 110%!

This surgery would put many hospitals to shame. Staffed by caring professionals and helpful clerical staff I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone with an animal. Thank you guys xx
