We had to book an emergency appointment on a Saturday morning for our dog, Arthur. All the appointments had been taken but shortly after were contacted by the receptionist who was able to arrange an earlier appointment. The vet, Stuart, immediately put Arthur at ease and prescribed the necessary treatment. He was also very thorough in checking Arthur's general health. he put our mind's at rest.

Our Yorkers Terrier was very ill when we called St George’s. Within a few hours Monika was at our home to see him. She was very careing with him sitting on the floor examining him. She kept in touch over the next two weeks inquiring over his health then said she would visit again which she did. She was concerned about his condition and gave him injections, she said she would come the next morning which she did. Unfortunately over night his condition went downhill rapidly and it was obvious the end was imminent. Without actual saying the dreaded words Monika led us to the decision which had to be made. With Monika’s help Mickey went over the rainbow bridge to play in the fields very peacefull. I cannot praise the help and support that we have had from St, George’s high enough. Thank you so very much.

This last month, I have been in and out to your Halesowen & Wolverhampton branches. The staff have been brilliant with my boys. Jonesy, my ginger cat, was nervous of the needles, but the staff handled it amazingly. He was kissing Monica by thd end! Salem, my black kitten, is skittish but very loving, he was handled with total care and affection. He got through his first set of injections hassle free. :)

On every visit made and also during telephone calls which I have made to the practice, the staff have always been friendly and helpful (since I have been registered with this practice for over nine years).
