Took our puppy for his second vaccination today. The vet was very good with him and gave him treats and cuddles before and after treatment. She answered all the questions I had. Very happy with the way we were dealt with and quite happy to return.

With a unplanned pregnancy something can go wrong and it did but your team where fast and responsive and my dog recieved the best care I couldn't rate you enough id I tried 2 little angel puppies we have and a mummy who's happy

Have been with the same Vet for years but after getting 2 new kittens I rang round for quotes on vaccinations. Companion vets offered the best and cheapest deal, vaccinations, microchip, flea and wormer along with a free bag of food and free insurance for £65. I was a little apprehensive but this was put to rest after a telephone conversation with receptionist. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The vet was great she clearly cares for the animals. The staff come across as sincere which is important.Overall thrilled to bits with the service and staff will be moving all my pets to here.

We booked our dogs appointment with the vet approx a month in advance in order for him to have his annual check up, booster and worming treatment. We had to book way in advance as my husband works shifts and is rarely available. I am disabled and things sometimes take longer than usual. Today we had an appointment at 2.30, we arrived at reception at 2.34, only to be met with the main Vet who refused to see us because we were 4 mins late. We apologised but she still refused to see us. I questioned that the appointment wouldn't take up all of the allocated 10 mins as previously you are in and out! She still refused to see us offering an appointment for 40 mins later. I cannot sit or stand for long so this wasn't an option. We have now had to re-book all because theVet was unwilling to be flexible and understanding, it really wouldn't of impacted that much on the following booked appointments. Customer Service Zero! We had actually wanted to discuss a problem with her but we will now have to wait another week! Really looking forward to the next appointment! We have Companion Care so we don't really have an option to go elsewhere. Manners and flexibility cost nothing

Andrea is the only vet that has been able to build a relationship with my dog and therefore treat him effectively. She is a wonderful vet who take the time to make the dog feel at home.
