Very poor now. Money is only concern it seems. Never see same vet twice and no time given for information. Even requests for medication repeats and advice is not done correctly. Not confident anymore they have time to deal with my animal.

We always strive to do our very best, which includes taking the best possible care of the animals and owners who come to see us. I have been a client of Chase group for about 30 years. I have never had a problem with the treatment any of my various pets have received, the problem lies with getting them to complete insurance claim forms. In the last 2 weeks of October I spent about £600 on my 2 cats. I handed in the claim forms on 1/11/16. Today I have had to phone to chase up the forms as on Friday the insurance company hadn't received them. I was gobsmacked to find out that they send them 2nd class to the insurance company. Clearly they are very concerned about saving 10p and can't send them 1st class, or even fax them. I have just come off the phone to the insurance company and they now have the forms but not fully completed. They have had my money so don't care about how long it takes me to get my money back!!!

My Labrador is having treatment there now for a lump on her back , I was very worried everyone from the vets downwards were kind, friendly and took time to explain what was going to happen and the treatment my pets was going to have. I can't thank the all the staff enough. It's horrible having a sick pet, but the treatment you receive from your vets can make a bad situation a lot better . Thanks to everyone there . Penny and Lulu

I have been a feline patient of Sussex Coast Vets for about ten years. I am a very nervous, wimpy, elderly, blind, epileptic cat, but all the staff are very kind to me, even when I make things hard for them when they try to take my blood or blood pressure. It must be very hard for them when I wriggle, miaow, bite & scratch when I'm scared, but they never get angry and are always very gentle with me.....(please tell them I'm sorry) My humanoid flat mate has every confidence in their caring, professional treatment and said she would highly recommend them. I suppose I would agree...... Thank you Lynn, Robert and everyone at Sussex Coast who has treated us recently. Love Lucky

We went in late evening with a very sick dog. The duty vet could not have been more helpful or understanding and so were the nursing and reception staff. We were treated with sympathy and kindness with everything carefully explained.

I have been a client with this practice for many years and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody requiring veterinary treatment for their pets. I took my cat along last month for her annual check up and innoculations and was treated in a kind and courteous manner.Everything was explained to us as our cat was being examined and we were given advice on her diet and asked if they could be of any further help with any questions that we may have. The newly refurbished practice is light, airy and very clean. A credit to everyone that works there. The gentleman vet that treated our cat was first class as was the veterinary nurse that greeted us and made a fuss of our cat! Well done.

We had to rush our Burmese cat to the emergency out of hours service. We were seen immediately by the vet who was fantastic. She talked us through everything she was doing and her thoughts on the cause of Baileys illness. I have never had a vet be so thorough in her examination and her genuine care for Bailey. We were kept informed at every stage of his treatment. I do not know the vets name but she went above and beyond what we would of expected and for that we are eternally grateful .
