I took my dog in today and was incredibly impressed, the vet was so lovely and worked really hard to get the right treatment. I was worried about costs and she made sure everything was as cost effective as possible. The ladies on reception were also super friendly and helpful. Thank you all.

We rescued a Shar Pei and knew we were taking on a dog that would potentially need a lot of vet treatment over time...and he certainly does! I was a little nervous of his vet being here to begin with (for no particular reason) but given they knew him already I took him here first despite having another dog registered at a nearby other vets. From our first experience, Jonathan and the team have been so friendly, compassionate and down to earth with everything--I couldn't ask for more. They take their time with you and your vet and when you don't have pet insurance (the joys of a rescue who already had quite a history so uninsurable) they are understanding of the need to balance rightful care of your pet and the cost. We actually took our other Boxer dog to them for a second opinion after an issue at his existing vets and we now take him here permanantly too. Highly recommended!

Willis our dog is 13 years old and had a few lumps on his belly that weren't going away. He was also very lithargic, and dragging his bag legs. We really thought we were going along to have him put to sleep. Andrew the vet was so good with Willis. Willis normally shakes all over when we visit he vets, but not with his man. I hink he knew he could b trusted. The vet could have said e needed to have surgery an made a lot f money for the practise but he said just the opposite, he was only concerned with Willis's well-being and didn't want him to have any unnecessary surgery. He gave him some tramodal for his pain and metacam for his arthritis in his hips and back legs. All the staff have been great with Willis's care right the way through, we moved him there just after they opened and have not had a bad word to say about any of their vets. We would highly recommend them.

Only reason for not full star award with regards to recommending a friend is distance.
