All of the staff at the various branches are all very welcoming and friendly. My dogs have no issues going to appointments with the tasty treats the receptionists give them. Peter Thomas is a very caring, knowledgeable and empathetic vet who always gives more than is needed.

All the Vets in this Practice are great. They have treated our dogs for a lot of years and are caring, understanding and always so kind. We have been through lots of ups and downs with our dogs over the years, and we have always felt the vets, nurses and admin staff really care about the owners as well as the pet, and they seem to somehow make the bad times a bit more bearable. Thank you to a brilliant surgery.

After a dog attacked my little lady dog in the early hours of the morning, I was on the doorstep for opening at 8am and I cannot fault the staff here. Quick, efficient, calm and helpful. After the support I had with my eldest dog, George, who had severe epilepsy for 9 years and the care they showed for him up to his last day (and the respect shown for hima and us thereafter throughout the process), to the care received for my other dogs, this practice is 5 star.

Our lovely German Shepherd dog, Deano, was cared for by Callum and his fantastic team at the Holmer Green practice. Deano was naturally a dog who didn't like people/strangers, but over time, he grew to quite like Callum, which is a testament to his caring, kind, respectful and lovely nature towards animals. We sadly lost Deano this week and we couldn't have asked for better end of life care by the team. We recommend the team at Holmer Green to any animal owners, particularly Callum and the lovely Sally on reception (who gave us big hugs as we left our boy for the last time). If you need care for your beloved pets, then this is the place to go. Many thanks from our family! X

There's not enough words to describe these wonderful people. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the care given to our German Shepherd Deano. Xx

Can't recommend highly enough. Each time we've had to bring one of our girls (hens) in they've really looked after us.

I have been using Temple End Vets for just other three years now and during this time they have looked after my dog Tag so well. He is 13. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and the Vets themselves are always very kind and sympathetic. I have ongoing issues with Tag and I know that I have him on borrowed time, but I am always treated with kindness and support when I have to visit them. I always speak highly of the team to my friends and would recommend them to anybody, so would Tag xx

We have used Temple End Vets for over 40 years and have always had great care for our pets. Last September Charlotte was with us when we had our lovely dog Mac put to sleep and she really went to such great lengths to be extra kind and caring, so when we got our new pup Wallace he had his first appointment with her! Well done to all your staff.

We have been with this practice since our cat and his sister arrived with us over 20 years ago. We have always been impressed with the thorough examinations and treatment received, and the sensitive way in which our animals have been handled at all stages of their lives.
