Within minutes of being seen on an emergency referral I felt my dog was in safe hands. Could not have asked for better service. Staff were always willing to take calls and answer questions and the vet who dealt with my dog went the extra mile and even came in on his day off to check my dog out when I panicked about the state of his eye. Thank you - you should be proud of the service you offer
Vet ResponseThank you for taking the time to send in this review. We try very hard to give a caring and efficient service and it is great to read that we achieved this with your poorly dog xx

After several visits within 2 weeks, Alice decided it was necessary to run tests on Holly to try to find the cause of her problems. She was quick to phone me when she was able to inform me of the seriousness of Holly's condition. At this pont she was very helpful and empathetic. I saw Kent later on when taking Holly home. He too was very proffesional as well.

Visits made, told clear results, check ups were thorough. Shar given metacam. Two differing reasons and seizure developed. Glenfield reported toxicity in system after telling me he ok to collect. Ten minutes before collection time we were informed difficulties. After two hours previously being informed he ok. The lack of clarity and conflicting prognosis seriously gives me doubts.
Vet ResponseWe take this comment very seriously and have spoken to the client. An internal investigation has been initiated and the client will be informed of the results as soon as this has been completed

When our cat Poppy came home seriously injured, Parkes acted promptly and performed reconstructive surgery within a couple of hours, undoubtedly saving her life. It took a couple of weeks for her to recover but she's now basically the exact same cat she was before the accident. Huge thanks to all staff involved at both Glenfield and Scraptoft Lane - especially the surgeon and Mrs Bluekins.

We have lived in Whetstone for 12 years and many of our pets have been through the doors at this surgery. Each vet or nurse has treated every pet as an individual, explained treatments in simple terms, and, when that difficult decision had to be made were so kind, thoughtful and understanding - I couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend

I've used The Park now a few times and the vets are all very friendly, caring to the animals even my rats, and really efficient and helpful. I've been twice last minute needing a quick emergency appointment and i've been fitted in and seen promptly. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I feel fortunate to have been using this practice for many years. Every member of the team has shown consideration to my chows and to me. Amber was enabled to live to 13 through their expertise. My current girl has flummoxed everyone with her chronic urinary tract infections and we were sensibly referred elsewhere. Rebekah Robinson has been very impressive - liaising with the referral vet, researching alternative ways forward online and updating me regularly by phone. She has invested considerable time and energy in our case - and has supported me in turning to complementary approaches. Perdi has also received compassionate treatment from Alison, Tudor and every nurse.

I have always received excellent treatment when I have visited the vets however I felt it pertinent to highlight my most recent visit. I had been really preoccupied with my most precious cat Ruddles recently as she had seemed unwell. I visited the vets on Saturday 30th August and was seen by Alison Wilson. She immediately recalled a previous visit by me and Ruddles the previous year. This impressed me, especially as I couldn't even remember (very poor memory recall}. I explained my concerns to Alison and she did an immediate MOT on Ruddles, very comprehensive, and spent some considerable time going over things with me. I was so impressed with how caring, supportive, and skilled she was, and I was immediately put at ease. I left the vets feeling relieved and very positive about Ruddles's future. My cat is, other than my fiancée, the most important part of my life, and I was very grateful to Alison who showed she cared. Thank you.
